Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

I am very happy with the decision to go with Timely for my appointment software, It is so easy to use. I love the integrated web booking site , and so do my clients.
Love how Timely is always growing and offering you new additions with no extra cost. Very impressive, will continue to recommend Timely to whoever listens.
I had a feeling that besides doing my regular work I still had to write something down. But I am pretty sure that other freelancers or bigger companies might be thrilled about this.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

Change the layout and look without informing customers (making it look and function worse).
You can't copy and paste the shifts, that's a bummer, and it can be messy when more than one person is using the tool.
M a very busy stylist/mother. After I had my children I had to cut a few budgets, and my salon software was one of them.
