What i like about Bookeo great system very helpful in helping me structure my fitness and personal training clients and classes.

All of the booking system and user interface was easy to use and there was always very prompt help  by email

instead of trying to adjust our business to work around the app, your app actually guided us in the process of launching our new business.

This especially bugs me concerning the client-facing interface.

The flexibility on how to configure a tour seems endless.

I sent several emails and wasted hours trying to get a phone call with support or sales to iron out some issues and questions to no avail.

I am writing this review and have awarded the 5 stars because after experiencing the difference with quite a few other platforms, my appreciation of what Duda does do, has grown immensely.

Booking is super simple for my guests and I feel secure with current setup.

it was very much a square peg in a round hole experience, we contorted every possible way to try and make the app work, but it was just not right.

Getting started gives a true learning curve and took some time debugging here and there.

Well, I DID search before bothering you and it would've taken less time to resend than to scold...

Ironic they started out as an escape room booking platform.

The monthly fee option was the most appealing as opposed to commission based.

They prefer to waste time by email instead when a quick phone call would suffice.

we cancelled that, and started over in fresha, but realized their pricing was ridiculous.

everything has been so straightforward, and so user friendly, we haven’t needed support yet. but in the event we do, we got a good feeling we’ll get what we need.

The fact that you can't actually speak to a person is another con because there is no way to hold anyone accountable for the poor service customers receive.

I would echo the other reviews here who found the support staff condescending.

i have no problems with this product service.

They are condescending in the emails and take the real responsibility for issues that arise due to their updates.

It was very easy to use and I loved how customizable everything was.  Being able to create private classes and send out the link for payment was very nice.  

Bookeo is amazing as an online scheduler but a little more difficult to use in-store.
