Also a little shoutout to ChatGPT, who thanks to Bookeo's extensive help-fora is very able to play the role of a very knowledgable Duda Support Agent.

I mean, that's practically for free, especially in compare to other platforms where they charge 150$ per month PLUS a 3 tot 30 (!)

You need every once of patience in you to try to explain even the most simple questions to some Google-Translated (from English!)

What i like about Bookeo great system very helpful in helping me structure my fitness and personal training clients and classes.

All of the booking system and user interface was easy to use and there was always very prompt help  by email

instead of trying to adjust our business to work around the app, your app actually guided us in the process of launching our new business.

This especially bugs me concerning the client-facing interface.

The flexibility on how to configure a tour seems endless.

I sent several emails and wasted hours trying to get a phone call with support or sales to iron out some issues and questions to no avail.

I am writing this review and have awarded the 5 stars because after experiencing the difference with quite a few other platforms, my appreciation of what Duda does do, has grown immensely.

Well, I DID search before bothering you and it would've taken less time to resend than to scold...

Ironic they started out as an escape room booking platform.

The monthly fee option was the most appealing as opposed to commission based.

The fact that you can't actually speak to a person is another con because there is no way to hold anyone accountable for the poor service customers receive.

I would echo the other reviews here who found the support staff condescending.

They are condescending in the emails and take the real responsibility for issues that arise due to their updates.
