I’m very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time. I highly recommend them.
Booker is very easy to use and allows customers to book appointments online.
Glitches happen from time to time but their customer support team usually fixes everything in timely manner.

it's very easy to learn how to use. very user friendly. i have been able to efficiently train my staff on navigating through booker.
Maintenance is done during business hours and is hard to check out clients in a timely fashion when this occurs.

Questions are answered in a timely manner I love the fact that it's web-based employees enjoy the app
With all the information it seems pulling together simple reports it's not as easy as it should be although customer service helps out quickly they usually cannot solve my problem

I like the fact that it's compatible to apple products. The site is easy to navigate but sometimes it freezes.
We have a hard time with customer service responding and fixing the issues. They don't respond in a timely fashion. We use the software.

Allows me to easily navigate while helping the customer book their appointments in a timely manner.
I appreciate the features on the program that help navigate with ease. It wasn't difficult to understand the program when first learning about it.

One of the customer rep was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful, patient and if there was a question I had and he didn't know the answer, he found the answer in a timely manner. He helped make the transition form Mindbody to Booker very smooth.

I switched to Booker from another online booking system. It is pretty straight forward to set up. The options that it includes with Marketing, e-newsletters, merchant services are great! My clients feedback is that it is easier to make appointments with Booker than with the system I was currently on. The customer service is awesome. Extremely helpful, timely, and they get the issue solved! I would recommend to anyone.

My background in using booking systems: 6 years at my own practice, using Genbook, Vagaro, Booker, MindBody, Timely, and about 15 test drives of other programs. Timely Pros: - Clean - Responsive - POS system is nice - Invoicing is nice - Easy to use backend - Easy to use frontend - my clients loved it - Reports are easy to read, and nice graphs - SMS and email reminders worked great - Inexpensive Timely...
