The least likeable about this product was not being able to reach the customer support, especially it was websites downtime.

I tried it for my business but found that the features were not very customizable to our needs.   When I contacted customer support to see more personalized options, they were quick to respond but for a growing and just starting business, the enterprise pricing was outside the budget.

The booking pages still look pretty basic, and for teams with very specific needs, the tool can sometimes feel a bit limited.

It gave me more features than Google Calendar for scheduling online meetings like user feedback interviews.

Time zone handling is generally reliable, but I've had a few cases where clients were confused, so I still find myself double-checking with certain clients.

Being able to include information in the confirmation email also helped with sharing what clients need before our meeting.

I feel like customization can be improved a bit, you can change how your booking page look but it's not very flexible.

I'm I don't like the fact that when you have the meetings like you can't customize the links to be something else like it has to say calendly almost like you can't mask the fact that you're using calendly. But over at all, that's not any real thing that I didn't like
