Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

She was so through and patient with me, when teaching me the system. We really had bad experiences with project management software that tried to do everything and connect to everything. All that does is make adopting it difficult because their are too many features. Function Fox is a great program for helping you track hours and tasks. Also, the customer service team is very responsive and very helping in answering any questions I have had over the years.

I have used Smartsheet for 8 years and have been pleased with the way it has improved and developed, and when new useful features come out users are well informed.

I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.

Filters on project pages to see only your tasks, or only certain tasks filtered by tags is neat. Nice integrations and full REST API is a nice addition. It is an enjoyable experience, it made some company processes very easy and unbureaucratic, we have much more visibility of the projects and it unified some tasks that were made separately.

Love that it can be linked with Quickbooks. Also love that I will soon be able to accept international payments which is a plus for my company. Setting up multiple bank accounts is terrible, TERRIBLE. If you setup bills in QBO first and it syncs to bill.com it is very time consuming to fix.
