Its automated reminder functionality enables users to configure alerts based on multiple event triggers. The platform comes with a contractor management module, which lets teams view order status, loan history, contractor activity, and payment records, and track documents.
Construction Loan Manager lets organizations collaborate with internal, as well as external, stakeholders through draw requests, role-based user access and a contractor/borrower portal. The platform integrates with various third-party applications such as Encompass, Black Knight, DocuSign, Zlien and MRGdocs.
