In other words, Copper's training modules are very generic; their support is geared around how to use the platform instead of speaking to a specific need  Also, there are Q&A forums and office hours with staff support, but there aren't many video tutorials.

We did have an issue with our filters. When we move a job to "Won" you have to do it 3 times in order for it to disappear from the column but the Copper helpline is always able to help us reset our filters.

Records that are inadvertently erased cannot be retrieved. If you unintentionally erase all of your contacts without performing a manual backup, that's bad.

The only fix I’ve found is that you can delete the email in the copper contact feed (it does not delete it from Gmail) but it does leave a block in the feed that says “this email was deleted” which of course doesn’t look good.
