We immediately ran into hiccups with how the software with integrate with our EHR and we only stayed on to work through those hiccups on the promise that our evaluation period would be extended so that we could adequately try DemandForce once we got up and going.

I just don’t have the time or energy to keep slogging away at ridiculous issues and be charged $300 a month Canadian.

The customer support, the platform, how much extra data entry is required using this product.

They just ignore you unless you contact the correct person at the company who will try to talk you out of it.  

Example two: I was unable to change my password to get into my account.

The reason I canceled my service is that my experiences have been consistently frustrating and time consuming.

Integration into our EHR and the service we received following our decision to discontinue trialing their software during the evaluation period we were given.

The IT password was kept as is until they could figure out what was wrong.

I understood that we are too complicated for everything to work well through DemandForce, so this is not a review of their software, but rather a review of their customer support and conflict resolution.

My advise:  Get every single one of their promises in writing before signing onto their service. If it works for you, great! If not, don't rely on them to uphold their promises, but try, like us, to hold them to their word!

I've told my rep and each billing team member who calls me that we refuse to pay for what is being billed to us erroneously and/or maliciously.

They agreed to let us out of the contract, but told us that we would, in turn, have to pay them for the phone hardware they gave us.

They promised that the phones were ours at no cost, and I was even told by the sales rep that 'we could turn around the next day and sell them if we wanted to'.

Also beware of you are on a contract with them - don’t do it!

This has given our business the ability to sent email campaigns, appointment reminders, and various other notices.

It's ability to schedule, remind, and have 2-way communication was awesome.

Client will call and say they didn't get a reminder or they get the wrong time for their appointment.

However, I would have continued using it if my POS software provider didn't cancel its integratoin.

I guess a more robust system to give a more professional look.

Perhaps they have stepped their game up and are able to offer more variety to their clients.

Clients request an appointment and we have to call them back because that doctor is not working or available at the time selected.

Demandforce has been a convenient and easy way for the office and patients to interact and schedule efficiently.

The platform was easy to use and offered customization options to fit the needs of our large practice.

Fantastic an awesome tool for any office.

There is a lack of personal touch with using the platform but the convenience outweighs that drawback .

would like it a bit more tailored to the doctors schedules.
