Eventbrite makes it easy to set up events and sign up for events. Highly recommend!
Eventbrite is an easy to use event making and signing up platform. It is easy to create events and sign up for them. They also send reminders and calendar invites!
Sometimes sending a calendar invite once you sign up for an event takes a while (or ends up in spam). Would recommend an easier way to put invites on calendar's like Outlook so this doesn't happen.

Keep it up!
I love Eventbrite because it is simple to advertise your event and give your customers easy access to tickets.
I don't have anything that I don't like currently. I have only used the product to create classes for dog training.

I end up using it to find and sign up for events in my area
Love this software for events. I use it all the time and i love the reminders it sends me because I forget about everything. all the time.
Sometimes it's clunk to use but that's not anything that bothers me enough to stop using it. Love it

ten thumbs up
this software has made the job of creating our parish event family nights the easiest it could be since we've hit these months of darkeness and mystery of social distancing and masking and not being reassured if our volunteer jobs resume at the church month to month to help father with the technology upgrades yet to come
it has taken some integration to learn at first coming out as a highschool graduate in 2009 coming from a small city highschool and being asked to take on a huge roll when i moved to the wausau deanery churches when my teachers told them how computer smart i was and that i could handle any program with ease i thought looking back teaching software ten years later i sure would not have expected this at my young age and now teaching k-4 the same areas except on a tablet for each one of them during camp since we can't use paper during the pandemic

Great way to sign up for events and keep up with things happening in the community or a specific area.
I like that it is connected to Facebook and I am able to receive reminders about events. Being able to sign up online with a smooth and easy process is nice as well.
It does take a small fee from the person running the event.

ease of setting up events
I love how easy it is to set up events, customize verbiage, and change or add payment settings. It is very intuitive, and it's a brand and system that's become more well-known and wide-spread where customers trust the system and secure payment checkout platform to be able to purchase without any worries.
I wish I could customize the landing page more with different fonts, colors, and adding photo layouts. The option to be able to have a spotify streaming widget embeded would be great too.

Eventbrite is awesome. We've been using it for years and continue to find great success with it.
Easy to set up race registrations and easy access to participant data.
I only wish we could set it up so people can sign up for multiple events at once.

Keeps a running record of money paid and attendance
I like the fact that the software is easy to keep up with who has signed up for each area., beats having the paper method sign up sheet.
At this time there is nothing that concerns me with sign. Least thing I like is notification system. Sometimes I do not receive notifications when are area is fully covered. I dont care that portion of money collected is not fully in my account

We promote our events here and generally we get people that sign up that otherwise would not have signed up or attended our events.
Their software is pretty easy to us if you interested in promoting an upcoming event, this is certainty a great place to do it.
There really is not any thing that I don't like about their software so far I have not had any problems at all with it.

If youre giving tickets away to people in your organization, you can send a sign up link to them and allow them to sign up on a first come-first serve basis. I like that you can secure the sign up with a password.
My sorority and a free clinic that I volunteer at, use Eventbrite to sell tickets to our philanthropic events. It is a very safe and trusted site for ticket sells. I like that you can receive reminders from them, and confirmation when you sign up for an event. I like that you can also set up a waitlist.
Eventbrite is a fair and easy to use site, I have not encountered any problems while using this website.

All good. Keep up the good work guys.
1) Straight to the point, no cuss no fuss. 2) Stupid people friendly. In short ease of use is optimum. 3) Don't know if anyone giving a competition to this software would survive for long.
1) Minor glitches when reloading the page sometimes, but that can happen with anyone. 2) Hardly anything to be said on the negative part.

I have organized myself several successful events on this app in the past. I plan to set-up additional diverse follow-up events in the near future.
Functions with ease; the users goal can be reached on this app. Tools works like a charm.
None applicable. No complications with the apps tools; placement; settings. Clear understanding.

Easy to set up events like field trips and parent sign up sheets, as well as events for fundraisers.
I didn't feel like some of the buttons were in the right place so not as intuitive to make some things happen within the software.

Setting up events for work and organize friends gatherings
Very easy to use, the UI allows for even inexperienced users with minimal knowledge to set-up meetings quickly
None so far. The platform allows for exactly what it advertises. It even gets a chunk from revenues on paid events, and stays free for free events

All-in-all for the free service, it's a great tool to use for an event that requires physical or digital tickets.
Setting up the event, setting the amount and limits on tickets, the ability to easily set-up for a virtual event (e.g. Zoom), setting up the event reminder emails and the ability to schedule them.
The set-up for a two-date event is a little cumbersome and customer support is very limited with a free account so it took a little longer to figure out to how to set-up an event like that.

Pretty good experience overall - I've used it to get hundreds of people signed up for half a dozen events. I am going to continue to use it.
I like how easy it is to set up an event, get it live, and get people signed up.
I don't like how outdated some of the pages look. The landing page where you sign up for events can get pretty ugly, which is sad for such a large company.

I use this software at work to submit events to local calendars.
I like that I am able to use it to both find events to attend, and also as a marketing tool to submit events for others to attend for my PR job.
The information is not always up-to-date.

Overall very easy to use and look up events.
Easily look up events, easily readable. Great way to not only buy tickets but also sell them if needed.
Prices can be a bit high. Site can appear somewhat clunky looking and overwhelming to a less tech savvy person.

Overall it's been troublesome. Our sales cycle was hurried through, and the company pushed a sale through before the product could have been properly assessed by our new digital team. Unfortunately, we've been unable to cancel our contract - which is somewhat understandable. However, we've found the company to be extremely dismissive and condescending when faced with legitimate product concerns. This is not a product for any organisation that is looking for VFM.
Given that none of the core features service our organisation's needs, we cannot speak to this.
From the implementation widget to the lack of membership-gating for content, there is a lot to not like about this product. The low send volumes for email newsletters, coupled with the high cost and poor email builder (white-labeled SendGrid) are extremely annoying. The email costs alone make this more expensive than either MailChimp or Squarespace's native mailer feature. If you have the budget, you should stretch to Hubspot, which integrates seamlessly with Eventbrite. We are limited by the number of custom fields we can add to entries/applications. The end user experience is cumbersome and somewhat meaningless. It's essentially just a payment portal with an events widget and a mailer - neither of which work particularly well, or are any better than the free options.
Dear Ashwin, We are sorry you feel that our products are not a good fit for your organization. The sales cycle was initiated on January 11th and resulted in the signed contract on February 26th. During that time, we ensured a demo was provided, examples were shown, took the time to clearly and accurately answer the numerous questions that were presented, and waited for board approval as well prior...
