Pros

I love how customizable eWay-CRM is and the ability to integrated it with Outlook which makes it great to manage all my customers information and data in one place. The support is very great.
I have found the speed very impressive and searching for information is rapid and easy. I also really like the way the task management system works as it allows me to keep on top of my day.
Even the free version offers very good practicability and is a very good entry point the the software.

Pros

Our sales team is only 3 people but we still decided to integrate Prospect CRM into our workflow and we are thrilled about it. It is easy to work in, it is flexible and has very powerful features.
Prospect has without doubt created a seamless platform for our drinks business where we have greatly benefitted from this fantastic CRM software.
It is nice and easy to use software, full functional and has many nice features. Prospect CRM is the awesome sales CRM tool for our brand.

Cons

Import was quite difficult at the time because of different language settings, I had to translate the csv first but still hat some problems with some fields not importing correctly.
Sometimes the synchronisation fails & it needs to be restarted again but that happens 1 in 10 times so its not a major deal anyway.
Occasional crashes, and after few records sometimes appears error message.

Cons

Awful customer relations and a nonsensical approach to customer service.
There is nothing that I can say is missing. We do not use the software's full features yet.
The key problem we were trying to solve by using Unleashed was to have a way to record our interactions with customers.

I am really happy with it and have referred several other people with small businesses. Excellent tool!

Pros

Integration with Outlook was the differentiator and eWay-CRM integrates well. The allows me to enter contact information and click a button at the top and the contact is added to Outlook and shows up on my phone contact list within seconds. I like that I have to click the button that way only contacts I want on my phone are there and not every prospect entered in the CRM. Also, I like the ability to create DEALs and move them through the sales process.

Cons

If I haven't closed Outlook after several days, it will lock. This is pretty normal with add-on products. Not a huge problem, but it is never timely.

Pros

eWay-CRM has improved ROI by centralizing project management, CRM, contact database and eCommerce tools.

Cons

It was quite daunting to customize all features during initial setup.

The tool we needed at a reasonable investment

I am completely happy with eWay. I used Business Contact Manager for years, as I have fairly simple requirements. When it was no longer available for Outlook, I looked at many CRM offerings. I am happy that I selected eWay and am also happy with the support I've received when I had a question or unusual need.

Pros

Easy to integrate and use. Fulfills our requirements at a reasonable cost.

Cons

I have no complaints about eWay CRM or their support.

Correct Tool For My New Business

Reviewed 3 CRM packages. The two must have features were interface with M-Outook and print out notes by prospect. Both features are present. The detailed notes/reports were exactly what I need. Many ways to incorporate notes into the Customer files. The bonus is the core features to track many key events is part of the package. Customer support to help me understand the e-Way approach to documentation of events was most helpful. Good job to all who helped me. Thank you.

To many to list. Easy to use. Learning curve, for me was low.

Cons

I like to pay annual fees. Currently only monthly.

I have had a good experience with eWay-CRM, It comes with a good number of features that make our task more feasible. CRM work gets done easily with this system. Overall, eWay-CRM is a good choice for businesses.

Pros

This cloud-based system has a beautiful interface that I find very interesting and interactively. It is also easy to use, which was helpful during my first internship when I needed to manage all of the ICCE tasks, such as managing contacts and tracking tasks. The system is easily customizable, which allows me to manage my clients and their work efficiently.

Cons

Since I used it for a very short period during my internship with ICCE, I didn't find anything wrong with this system.

Great CRM to use for Outlook users

Very easy to use

Pros

The CRM being integrated right in with Outlook Enterprise makes the its use of the program as CRM as easy as can be.

Cons

Should be able to enter the time that a "Task" has been completed, so that the flow of work can be observed chronologically (i.e. If a Journal entry of a conversation with a client has been entered along with Task assigned to another team member which has subsequently been completed, it should be displayed in the correct chronological sense, rather than the Task being completed at 12 am)

Overall I am happy with eway CRM.

Pros

eway CRM is an excellent CRM and fits my needs. The two features I like the most are it work within my Microsoft 365 and I can easily convert deals into projects.

Cons

The tack figure I believe needs more development

Pros

eWay-CRM is one of the most flexible CRM I have ever seen. We were able to build our own SQL features and integrations.

Cons

We would love to see better inventory management and the ability to easily create our own Word templates.

Handy CRM

Before eWay we used other CRM. But the former CRM was in cloud and not integrated in outlook. Me and colleagues didn't want to login every time into the cloud CRM, so they didn't used it.eWay is different. It's start with opening the outlook and filling new leads and contact is really easy. With eWay colleagues fill the CRM and really used it.

We have this CRM linked into Unleashed and Xero, which makes the perfect package for us and they all work seamlessly.

Pros

Live data so both our internal and external employees see exactly the same data in real time. Data includes all sales history, conversation notes, products (including stock levels and pricing), etc...

Cons

I don't have any issues with the Prospect365 CRM

CRM helps me manage customer relationships naturally.

Pros

Really good programme, it is really self-intuitive. I have used several CRM systems over the years but this is my favourite.

Cons

I still haven't really got to grips with the reporting side of things, i know there is online tutorials but its having the time to sit and go through them.

It is nice and easy to use software, full functional and has many nice features. Prospect CRM is the awesome sales CRM tool for our brand.

Cons

It's support, we were stucked sometimes, and we were getting responses too late for our queries. Overall, the experience was nice.

It has been great for us, easy way to store information and documents. Great for recalls and reminders.

Pros

The staff are always on the end of the phone or email/ Live chat. Great staff and very easy system to use.

Cons

I like this CRM very much, I cant really fault it on anything so far.
