FaveCard overview
What is FaveCard?
FaveCard is loyalty card software for local businesses: a digital stamp card that customers keep on their phone instead of in their wallet. There is no app for customers to download. They scan a QR code, get the card on their phone and show it at the counter, where you or your staff stamp it with the FaveCard app.
Setting up takes about 5 minutes. You pick the reward, the number of stamps and the look of the card, then share it with a QR code at the till, a link on social media or your free business page. When the card is full, the reward unlocks by itself.
The Free plan is free forever: one stamp card, unlimited customers and stamps, a web card on the customer's phone, a business page, the scanning app and simple totals. No credit card and no time limit.
The Pro plan adds Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, your logo, banner and stamp icons, and customer details such as email and birthday.
The Business plan helps you bring customers back between visits. Send offers and win-back messages to their phones, wish them a happy birthday automatically, ask happy customers for a Google review, run short surveys, and check delivery stats. It also adds team accounts with unlimited employees, kiosk mode where customers stamp themselves, CSV export, and several stamp cards at once.
FaveCard is used by cafés, bakeries, restaurants, hair and beauty salons, barbers, nail and lash studios and other local businesses. The app and dashboard work in 19 languages, and customers see their card in 32.
