The transition from our old software to FitDegree was easy. Customer services has been wonderful for those small issues here and there.

In the past, there were many accounts that would go unpaid because the software I was using wouldn't accurately show that information. I ultimately ended up losing money on those accounts.

Contracts should be labeled contracts not waivers. That was a little confusing.

My teachers like the simplicity of fitDEGREE compared to other systems they have used.

In general, the communication with Momence team has been outstanding.

I decided to purchase, they charged me immediately, but did nothing my first on-boarding call. 2 weeks later was supposed to be my second but I couldn’t get a response for days.
