It also helps us to incentivise our feedback collection campaigns, improving response rate. A big plus of the service is an international catalogue of gift cards. It's crucial for us, because our clients and employees are located all over the world and with giftmate we cover all of them on the one platform. so to conclude, giftmate is a solution that is working for different purposes in different departments. Good value for money.

It’s quite often that I place orders or send requests to giftmate team and it seems nice to leave a review, hence the great and helpful customer service I get. At my marketing agency we run a lot of loyalty programs and chose giftmate as a gift card based solution to help us out with the incentives part of loyalty programs in question. All running smoothly and we don’t see a need to look for something else. Can recommend.
