I like everything about GlueUP. If I had to choose one thing, it would be that some templates do not adjust to education—for example, the use of company instead of school, college, or university.

For small organizations with many contacts, but low-income / lower budget for operations (especially in the non-profit space, where profits are usually used for dedicated projects), it may be pricey.

It would be nice if we were able to manually do it through the platform instead of having to communicate with an individual over email to receive our event proceeds.

They’ve put a lot of thought into functionality and set it up logically, unfortunately not from a simple user experience point of view.

For all its AI features, it should absolutely be intuitive enough to populate as a member profile in the actual database.

Their help line and customer response is always prompt and assists with any problems we have.
