You can use any data from a 3rd party site that can be uploaded using the Highrise which makes my job way easier when it comes to sales.

I like how easy it is to view email communications and client information in a portal the whole team can use.

For example, integration with social media platforms - ie the ability to easily log those activities was a bit cumbersome.  

It has a very simple user interface, where you can see that things were thought through very well.

Data management features seem solid and cover most of what we need, although we are still exploring the platform and expect it will take a bit more time to fully understand and optimize how everything works for our use case.​

The interface and data management tools do the job, but they are not always as intuitive or streamlined as they could be, so it sometimes takes extra clicks and trial-and-error to find or configure what is needed.

It lacks advanced analytics and reporting and the mobile app lacks all the features making it difficult to access anywhere

There is still a bit of a learning curve with the interface and data management, but once the basics are set up, it works reliably for day-to-day outreach and follow-ups.​

I was juggling multiple tools for email lead tracking and follow-ups, which was not only confusing but also incredibly time-consuming
