You can use any data from a 3rd party site that can be uploaded using the Highrise which makes my job way easier when it comes to sales.

I like how easy it is to view email communications and client information in a portal the whole team can use.

Very good overall, and would have kept using it hand the price been more acceptable.

For example, integration with social media platforms - ie the ability to easily log those activities was a bit cumbersome.  

It has a very simple user interface, where you can see that things were thought through very well.

I wish that leads could function more completely as orders in and of themselves, with the ability to include percentage based line items such as sales tax or apply discounts to all of the products on a lead.

We also found limitations with the built in web forms and tracking, which meant we eventually had to move lead capture to a third party tool. While it works very well for a small team, there are some open questions around how it would scale for larger or more complex organisations.

We use Nutshell extensively for managing customer interactions, maintaining a presence with our customer base and automating certain outreach processes.

I love the text/email feature where I was able to set up specific email templates that I can send to whichever customer needs to have one sent within seconds and a couple clicks.

I had issues moving my information from Pipedrive to Nutshell CRM. But it looks like a good platform for CRM with a few more features than Pipedrive CRM.
