I've organized over 100 B2B events (conferences, webinars, themed workshops) on Idloom since March 2020, and I'm generally very satisfied with the platform's features, especially its focus on meeting the needs of B2B clients compared to most other solutions on the market, which are often better suited to B2C activities.

It works smoothly for most use cases, and once you get used to it, it becomes a solid tool for managing events without surprises.

You cannot easily log check-ins from a 3rd parry badge provider, and have to do this manually.

The badge editing module is very comprehensive, but it's a little difficult to master.

There are so many elements to an event registration  and its so important to make sure you tick all the boxes, it can be sometimes easy for us to miss something.

That we could more fully translate the websites directly into local languages based on location of website viewer or their preference

It was a good experience at the beggining, and support services personn we had in contact were globally very nice, but as soon as we had problems or bugs in the system, the support service seemed to have to manage alone, with no one to inform them or help them deal with sometimes very delicate situations.

Pricing is a bit high and higher than eventleaf, the tool we use when we just do unilingual events.

I find that the platform is not intuitive and perhaps lacks flexibility.

I think there's really a lot you can do, it just takes time and the right training + top support from the IDloom team.
