They have a great set of tools that can really work well for a digital products company and managing the sales funnel process, but it isn't suited for straight customer AND relationship management because if you maintain contacts for relationship purchases and historic reference, you can't just make them inactive.

It might be difficult to keep track of the background of changes made to corporate paperwork, client paperwork, subscription paperwork, etc. While this is not unprecedented, there are situations when knowing who changed a subscription or configuration is essential but cannot be identified in Keap.
