Equally the dashboards/Reports section really needs work as it’s unnecessarily difficult to create reports and dashboards for very simple metrics.

I dont like the method of how to capture event related campaigns in relation to sales leads at events. But I am comparing it to my past experience with using Salesforce which had a campaign section to clearly give credit to it and house lists within a campaign e.g. a conference or tradeshow.

Generally, Insightly is a very much respected CRM programming that can be an important resource for organizations hoping to really deal with their associations with clients more.
