Pros

I love how user friendly the programming is. I like how easy it is to track proejcts and communicate with others on this system.
Pricing/proposal templates were easy to use and easy to customize. Loved the mobile app, especially a big fan of the called ID feature.
This program was great when were were starting out as a new company and was helpful in tracking progress. We have since moved onto a more versatile platform.

Pros

The text features are nice for quick and easy communication with clients and leads, the email automations allow us to send our leads important information that could help us close deals.
I appreciate the help before and during the process of rolling out usage. The people are always available and friendly.
It is the most comprehensive, out of the box solution for our roofing business. We love the integration of ABC supply.

Cons

This is annoying because there can be 10 notes between the note you are replying to and your reply so following is confusing.
The way you select the date and time is really a pain in the ass. Try it you'll see what I mean.
Currently, there is no option to print photos in a report format. Odd, because you can create a report for just about everything else.

Cons

The learning curve was just too hard for some of my coworkers. I believe the vast array of features and tools provided were intimidating for them.
The mobile access from a standard user's access was terrible.
I desperately want this functionality and not having this feature does make me consider switching applications in the future.

Great product, not specifically great for me

Great product. It seemed to be more user friendly than acculynx but just didn’t have enough available products to compete with acculynx for my business.

Pros

They make this so functional for construction related companies. It is so easy to use. They also have a lot of different products/programs that the crews can use.

Cons

There were better softwares out there specific to roofing. The other softwares offered reporting, easier programs for sending information to customers and at the time, better customer service.

nothing to be honest. It's better than most of your competitors i.e. Acculynx and Zoho

Good, but not great

Overall this platform did what it said it would and did help us move our business from analog to digital. However, it just wasn’t robust enough for us in the end. We moved to Acculynx.

Pros

Pricing/proposal templates were easy to use and easy to customize. Loved the mobile app, especially a big fan of the called ID feature. Robust, useful sales tracking report system.

Cons

At the end of the day, JobNimbus just didn’t have enough features to justify the continued expense. The other nail in the coffin for us was the lack of useful in a Gratian with our accounting software.

Overall coming from JobNimbus, I love Acculynx.

Pros

The versatility, the ability to suggest improvements and then see them actually added and implemented. The communication with Quickbooks is awesome.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like other than that there is additional costs for more features.

It was great for sales side and it was very easy to use. It was difficult for ordering and production but otherwise great software for the money.

Pros

Easy to track our leads, great calendar that keeps you organized, and very user friendly.

Cons

My company ended up switching software to Jobnimbus software due to limited options regarding our production and ordering process.

I've realized that acculynx is so much better than jobnimbus, it makes everything easier and more efficient

Pros

It's so easy to use and to schedule appointments and ordering materials for each and every job

Cons

Having a calendar that shows all appointments that are set up for the reps would be nice. It would make it easier to set up the new leads that are coming in for days ahead

I think the idea of Acculynx is good overall. It is a much better platform than JobNimbus, however, all processes could be easily handled with an Excel spreadsheet.

Pros

I enjoy the collaboration of projects with acculynx, eagle view, docu-sign, and hail programs. This makes the platform valuable to a manager.

Cons

The ease of use is terrible. Most of the functionality is not intuitional or natural to the end user. Photos do not upload in bulk and must be completed 1 by 1. Very frustrating, especially for this field of work.

Integrations that ACTUALLY work

I enjoy it. No CRM will ever be perfect for an organization unless you have a clear vision and 1-2 mil to drop on sales force enterprise/proprietary software. The opensource, integrative platform paired with a simplistic setup makes it hard to beat.

Pros

The biggest difference relative to the competitors we have used in the past is the ease of integration. JobNimbus was the software we used before, and almost every promised integration could not be implemented or required significant back-end work to do so. AccuLynx makes it very easy to integrate other systems into itself. You can genuinely use AccuLynx for damn near everything. Books will still need to be fully reconciled in QuickBooks, and last-minute changes to orders still require a phone call. But otherwise, this thing hits the nail on the head. For leaner companies, its simple open-source concept allows us to adjust and maneuver quickly.

Cons

The only cons are the field app and the cost (relative to some competitors). It is definitely a premium product, and the price reflects that. To our company, that cost is offset by the software's efficiency and its ability to cross-communicate throughout the organization. The field app needs to be remade in its entirety. It's glitchy and inconsistent. Not ideal when you're in a pinch.
