Second thing is, there was a glitch where it always said “failed uploads” on you photos page even if there was no failed upload.

JobNimbus is much better than DateForma, but it isn't tailored to commercial roofing or for those organizations that have service and maintenance teams.

Zapier is an essential integration, and as of the time of writing, JobNimbus does support it - just not with custom fields.

Nothing flows easily if you don't have the team to properly onboard the software and manually enter information into each subset.

Customers could have paired or sister accounts, if say they own more than one property, but we definitely, should be creating a "Job" under a contact.

Not great for tracking teams, service technicians or building estimates and quotes.

With JobNimbus, all client records, data, and orders are safe, and preparing sales reports and tax records has become much easier.

They have not updated the core issues AT ALL!

My main concerns are that I would want to see greater customization options in some areas, as well as upgrades to the mobile app so that we can do more processes with it.

Job Nimbus is probably the most customizable CRM for roofing companies.
