The calendar and scheduling tools are simple but effective for keeping crews organized and appointments on track.

Some features take a little time to learn, and customization options aren’t as flexible as they could be.

Project manager

Second thing is, there was a glitch where it always said “failed uploads” on you photos page even if there was no failed upload.

Occasional lag or glitches can also slow things down.

General Manager

We missed a crucial e-mail that resulted in a complaint on the BBB against our company and downgraded our rating - potentially costing us sales.

They way they advertise what the program actually does and the reality that you have to pay for many other services to really get the most out of the program

They offer contacts and jobs function. If the jobs function is turned on, you should not be able to enter invoices, material orders, work orders, etc into a contact....

VERY EASY TO LEARN AND NAVIGATE BUT DISLIKED THE ABILITY TO RUN NEEDED REPORTS AND TRACKING FOR JOBS

Easy to use software with a lot of good features to help make the job easier.

I also love the estimate builder, this is very straight forward and easy to use, edit, and share.

Custom documents still require the use of knowing in depth HTML (without the use of CSS) or

Users can access the platform while on the go thanks to JobNimbus' mobile app.

Finance Coordinator

We did switch to another program but only because we felt that JobNimbus was expensive in comparison to a program that had more capabilities.

Salesperson

There are certain things that could be better with the email functions, such as CC and BCC'ing clients would be a nice option, rather than adding each email in one line because the customer doesn't know if anyone else is included on the email

Ownership and management of the company associated with the JobNimbus account does not matter.- [sensitive content hidden] , JobNimbus

Accounts Receivable Manager

Now we have multiple contacts for the same address, and each time it requires a unique identified since it can' be duplicated.

Team Lead

like most contractors being able to go through all your customers, jobs, tasks, and other key things in this industry at the touch of a button.

JobNimbus is much better than DateForma, but it isn't tailored to commercial roofing or for those organizations that have service and maintenance teams.

Zapier is an essential integration, and as of the time of writing, JobNimbus does support it - just not with custom fields.

Sales Manager

Nothing flows easily if you don't have the team to properly onboard the software and manually enter information into each subset.

Customers could have paired or sister accounts, if say they own more than one property, but we definitely, should be creating a "Job" under a contact.

Owner

Wish there was a service option for when homeowners call for something on the project you completed that is covered under warranty.

Not great for tracking teams, service technicians or building estimates and quotes.

Operations Manager

From our clients, correspondence, scheduling of initial appointments, progress of job, and more.

Planning and project control engineer

With JobNimbus, you will have an integrated system that contains all records and documents and eliminates the need to prepare and store many forms that are difficult to understand and find when needed.

Customer Service Manager

The scanning option is most helpful for any document I need to upload from anywhere.

Senior Procurement Engineer - Facilities Management

With JobNimbus, the company will have an integrated system that contains all records and papers, eliminating the need for vast amounts of paper records and the hassle of archiving them, especially because organizations have many paper forms that require extensive checking and searching for.

With JobNimbus, all client records, data, and orders are safe, and preparing sales reports and tax records has become much easier.

They have not updated the core issues AT ALL!

Site Civil Engineer

My main concerns are that I would want to see greater customization options in some areas, as well as upgrades to the mobile app so that we can do more processes with it.

Office Manager

It would be nice to be able to edit e-mails and see them before they are sent to the customer.

Sometimes when transferring through tabs the program starts to glitch out.

Job Nimbus is probably the most customizable CRM for roofing companies.

I feel I have to get our head rep involved on tickets /conversations with specialists because the issue is going round and round.

Operations Manageer

In comparison to other programs used for CRM, I may not have explored all that Job Nimbus has to offer, but it does seem to lack tools such as finance tracking, AR/AP and templates for docs, contract and orders.
