You'll talk to a nice, professional person during your first phone call who (at least in my case) will tell you what you want to hear in order to sign the contract. Once I started getting into the set up, I started to realize that it was an extremely long process (onboarding can take up to 8 weeks) and that I wasn't going to get what I thought I would and that it takes a painfully long time to get answers.

It excels in its comprehensive features tailored for scheduling, client management, and payment processing.

Please be careful when dealing with Mindbody, you are signing a year long contract and if they give you the impression that you can get out of it, I'm proof that you can't.

It was only when we found really good software developed specifically for weekly recurring private music lessons were we willing to migrate away from Mindbody.
