We are barely thousandaires and we are not able to decrease the delivery of our process when the program wants us to reduce our prices. You'll talk to a nice, professional person during your first phone call who (at least in my case) will tell you what you want to hear in order to sign the contract. Once I started getting into the set up, I started to realize that it was an extremely long process (onboarding can take up to 8 weeks) and that I wasn't going to get what I thought I would and that it takes a painfully long time to get answers.

Some limitations on being able to adjust some client info on the back end, makes you rely on the client to be able to navigate.

I love that when I need assistance, even on a Saturday, I am able to connect with someone. And if for some reason they can't help me, they are able to get me help within a short time, for example, the following business day.

Nothing....you can have the best scheduling app ever but without customer support that can take up to 10 hours a week to obtain answers, stay on hold, repeat calls, confusion among the corporation of not writing things down from last conversation, it is not feasible to do business.

We run a large health club and MindBody has the features to allow us to run all the aspects of our business using the software.
