The system incorporates industry-leading security measures including twenty-four-hour back-up capabilities, thirty-day back-up storage protection from ransomware, and role-based and biometric security protocols across all offerings. For participants, MyTASC offers expedited reimbursement through its MyCash feature, which processes payments within twelve hours—faster than traditional bank direct deposits.

MyTASC integrates with numerous third-party systems to provide a holistic benefit management experience. The platform consolidates HR vendors through its single administrator solution, improving employer efficiency and generating cost savings. The system handles complex COBRA administration requirements, responding quickly to regulatory changes in this highly regulated industry while minimizing potential liability for employers. For payment processing, MyTASC leverages an API integration with Mastercard to facilitate transactions through the TASC Card, which is issued by Pathward, N.A.
