    Pros
    The enrollment process is simple and their customer service is great as well. The extra benefits through ADP (things like cell discounts and discounted movie tickets) are also great.
    ADPTS is a good solution for a small organization with minimal HR capacity, our HR partner on the ADP side, Tarena, was AMAZING and the interface itself was fairly easy to manage on the admin side.
    The software is very easy to use BUT the service and customer support that assist our account is SUPERB.
    Cons
    They outright refuse to provide information on pricing, so it is very difficult to compare to other similar products or keeping in house. Other PEOs are up front about what you are paying for.
    Trying to see accrued time for vacations is a little difficult and sometimes will display an odd number.
    It can be a little difficult for employees to navigate at first. There are multiple steps.

    A HR Generalists Dream

    I was with the company when we made the transition over ADP and it was a huge change but it made normal day to day tasks easier and especially helped with time off/ vacation pay, and benefit compliance.

    Pros

    I loved being able to keep track of all my employee payroll, time off, benefits and calendars in one place. I had been working with a much simpler software system before we made the transition and it was honestly like night and day. We had an issue with not being able to completely track employee time off so some employees were taking more vacation time than they had earned and with ADP it was so much easier to track all employee hours.

    Cons

    The only real complaint I have is the time it takes to complete certain tasks. I would rather it be careful and thorough but sometimes it can be time consuming

    Okay. Pretty much the same as other PEO companies.

    Pros

    Everything is under one company, so it centralizes things.

    Cons

    Big company mentality, and the service reflects that. No weekend or afterhours support.

    Overall, experience has been excellent. Definitely has removed any payroll tax issues that could arise.

    Pros

    The best part about having ADP handle your payroll you have the confidence that they know the latest tax laws, and they own the responsibility for taxes all being paid on time and getting posted to the correct accounts

    Cons

    We have used ADP over 15 years I would say the only con we have had is if our representative has changed sometimes it takes a little bit of time to catch them up to speed on what we need from them
