I used Pike13 for about a year and a half when I switched over from another software.

The fact that it was clear on the registers if a student hadn't paid their fees.

The software is unreliable, and user interface is not super intuitive as many features and settings are hidden in odd places that don't make sense. If I wasn't forced to use this product as part of our franchise, I would have moved to a different platform a long time ago.
