By putting all of your prospects in the program you remember who and when you need to follow up on. I also lets you know what was said last and what you told them. It also has a place for keeping all of the emails you have sent them.
You can build your own pipe line timeing for your business. By putting in your time table for your product or service you know when to follow up with them. It makes you look like you are on the ball at all times.
This software is called a CRM but it is more of a business tracker than a CRM.

I like the fact it's a great simple CRM. Easy to use and to integrate in your business. A great tool to use for closing more sales.
It's a good CRM but if you want more options like proposition module, you need to inegrate them with this CRM.

Pipedrive provides a great solution for keeping track of prospects, where they are in the sales process, how much revenue has been won/lost, and key metrics for focusing efforts in the most worthy activities. It's so intuitive and sleek design. Has everything you need for your sales efforts
Ease of use, user friendly, minimalist CRM yet has all the tools/functionalities that you would use from a more expensive product

My fav. CRM
Super easy to use, well prices. I think the biggest advantage for my team is the reporting module - easy to customise reports.
Maybe it could have more fancy stuff to help generate/manage leads from the marketing perspective. It simply could have more features around lead generation or maybe some AI to help us get more out of our leads (more deals)

Really great among all CRM tools if need more power than Hubspot CRM and don't want to shell out dollars for Salesforce. The mobile app is especially good among CRM tools.
Pipedrive has some of the best integrations have seen at that price point in any industry -- the customer lookup in Trello being a prime example. The overall product quality is also incredibly high -- e.g., we can see all export reports ever pulled in the system for audit purposes.
The biggest gap is consistent with almost any CRM on the market -- while we can drag & drop or bulk change statuses of tasks in spreadsheet mode, we can't change the task order within stage. Pipedrive *does* have some capability to hack this which we did on occasion -- specifically, just change up the event dates in the tasks and assign a custom field to be your actual due date -- it was clunky but it worked, and ultimately just use Trello for deal management.

I love that Pipedrive features a clean design, great email integration, and well thought out visual sales pipeline. It also makes it easy to know what deals need attention while looking at your pipeline, the automations help you spend less time using the software and more time selling, and it is also very customisable.

Highly recommend this CRM
Everything is clickable and you can manipulate almost everything. Fast. Intuitive. I love the email features and the automatic updates to contacts.
Everything is based on a price or client value. Sometimes in certain industries that is hard to pinpoint, I'd like an option for small medium or large instead of financial data.

Easy to use and setup. Great integrations tools and calls system. All our sales team loved it for UI and features.
Mobile app and mobile web version is not working fast. I tried it few time and now prefer to use web version for all tasks.

Pipedrive was the must fully featured CRM, and I have missed it ever since our dealership changed our CRM.
This is a CRM that we had implemented through our entire sales process. It had a way to store so much information about a client that our new CRM cannot match.
The interface was not the best, could have be a bit easier to navigate for new users.

I tried zoho CRM and Sugar CRM before, and didn't like them as much as I like Pipedrive now.
It brings me accurate statistics on all the updats in my database. Support team is really great.
Syncronization with my email box sometimes fails.

Quick and easy CRM management.
Pipedrive is easier to use than say, SalesForce and Infusionsoft. It is a great CRM for starters, especially if you have a startup that doesn't need a ton of automation.
With the ease of use comes lack of functionality. When comparing it to the bigger CRMs, it just doesn't do exactly what it could potentially. I'd say check it out to get your feet wet. As your company grows, look for other options.

overall it's a good crm.
it's a great visual of your pipeline. we love the layout.
it has some limitations and bugs that would seem simple to resolve. i've been waiting for over 6 months for the engineering department to resolve a bug that pipedrive has regarding zapier.

great and simple CRM solution.
Cloud based crm solution which is very feature rich. Provides almost all functions in terms of contacts and lead management and tracking. Is very easily integrated to solutions out there. Even tracking at activity level at par with most top CRM and marketing automation solutions out there.
Since it is a cloud SaaS Solution it is not the most flexible solution out there. But overall a great product which does the job.

You can transfer large amounts and data and files from another Platform. I am so glad I chose to utilize Pipedrive over other CRM systems. For a small business, this CRM works wonders!!!

App has a fantastic feature which allows me to see what other leads/ opportunities are nearby one particular client. Extremely useful when on the road. Can pull up entire engagement history which is excellent. This feature alone recently helped me pursue then close a deal.
Complete online with full app support. Every aspect can be fully customised meet unique requirements, including adding system reference numbers.
New operators will need basic understanding of how CRM programs operate, however helpful guides are available to assist. All CRM programs can only be as useful as the information entered.

Great CRM with lots of features.
Its very easy to use and loads quickly, easy to flick between screens, and have multiple windows open. Integrates easily with other software, and has a mobile app.
There is no shared inbox for generic emails such as info@ this means you have to use everybody's separate email addresses. A shared inbox would be really useful.

CRM functionality which dramatically saves time.
I love the ease of use, program is highly visual, reminders are in both push notifications and emails meaning there's little chance to forget a task.
They need to allow more information for contacts. What is their position? Where do they sit within the organisation i.e. are they a decision maker, influencer etc
