I think otherwise, my biggest gripe is the inability to have a "cart" and add products to it, or not be able to add sales tax for some products but not others.

I wanted a software that was easy to use on the back end for instructors and also offers a very user friendly customer service experience.

Sometimes customers will buy a pass, and then not finish the registration process - the last "reserve your booking" button gets forgotten every once in a while.

Customer database could use some tweaking - the email field is not mandatory for a new customer to complete and this is a crucial form of communication within the software.

A few clients found booking sometimes difficult but any issues were sorted by [sensitive content hidden] and his team.
