QTix (QueueTix) is a mobile-based queue management application for restaurants, cafes, hospitals, retail stores, banks, theme parks and other organizations to manage and streamline operations, waitlists, and customer bookings. The system allows managers to track real-time progress of customers waiting in the queue and inform them about their turns through push alerts or text messages.
Key features of QueueTix include booking & reservation management, reporting & statistics, waiting time and status tracking, notifications, and self-check-in for customers. The mobile-integrated system enables businesses to issue queue tickets to customers and add instructions for visitors pending to join. Managers can use the application to manage and control queues, reducing complaints, walkaways or no-shows.
Customers can use QueueTix to join store queues by scanning QR codes or quickly adding the store code in the application. It comes with an in-built booking management system, which lets users add the booking module in business web page or other online forms, converting website visitors into actual customers.
