What is WaitWell?

With WaitWell, organizations can optimize their service delivery by combining Appointments with Walk-In service. Clients make an appointment or join the virtual queue using a QR code, weblink, SMS text or optional kiosk and receive real-time updates about position in line and estimated wait time. Clients appreciate the chance to move freely and that they don't have to wait in a crowded lobby or waiting area. Instead, they can use their wait time to be productive or relax.

WaitWell provides data that organizations need in order to provide an optimal customer experience. A real-time dashboard provides at-a-glance overview of the user's location so that management can make decisions on-the-fly to ensure the very best customer experience possible. In addition, WaitWell provides powerful insights through it's reports and analytics. Reports include: service time, wait time, no-show and cancel rates, balk rates and ticket volume. All reports can be filtered by date range, service provider, location, region or department.

Pros
It has a very nice and friendly interface making it simple and easy to use and manage. Also, it provides an easy way to improve and support my working experience and it saves much time.
WaitWell is incredibly good as it includes benefits like efficient scheduling, reduced no-shows, improved organization, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
I like its intuitiveness, user friendliness and usability. WaitWell has a great and responsive customer support team, very responsive and supportive.
Cons
It's frustrating that we're charged for how many texts get sent out so our messages are limited to carrier standards.
I can't remember anything that disappointed me while using it so i lack nothing to dislike.
There aren't many drawbacks, however if I had to complain, the WaitWell sign-up page could be more tailored to our brand.
