WaitWell is incredibly good as it includes benefits like efficient scheduling, reduced no-shows, improved organization, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
It's frustrating that we're charged for how many texts get sent out so our messages are limited to carrier standards.
I like its intuitiveness, user friendliness and usability. WaitWell has a great and responsive customer support team, very responsive and supportive.
I can't remember anything that disappointed me while using it so i lack nothing to dislike.
Nice and receptive to ideas is the personnel. Everything has gone really well with excellent line management and supportive staff.
There aren't many drawbacks, however if I had to complain, the WaitWell sign-up page could be more tailored to our brand.

The queue management system is perfect for clinics, schools, and big stores. It helps in notifying automatically.
The overall look of qminder seems a bit ugly and out of date. Please give it a refresh on the UI.
Their customer service is great, the customer success manager offered a call to review all the features of Qminder with me to maximize the amount that we were paying.
Limited tools to extract more data for further analysis.

Heavily dependent on internet. Bad internet impacts the speed and reliability of notifications.

Our least favorite features of the software was lack of characters that could be used in writing a message. Other than that we don't have any dislikes with the software.

What we like least is not an issue with the software but more human error.

We struggled with getting it the way we wanted on our own but there is great customer care to help accomplish our goals.
Then if you miss a number, you have to erase the whole thing if the guests have already left or moved.
Waitwhile has transformed our queueing operations and improved our customer satisfaction significantly. It's simple to set up, offers a great user experience and is very reliable.
The software has a hard time feeding off each other, for example my computer does not link up to the tablets we use at times.
The overall experience was great and our customers liked the system and found it easy to use for the most part. We had several questions about integrations and software issues that went unanswered.
The buttons are incredibly small and difficult to push.
Easy to set up, customers were happy with the ability to reserve and avoid long wait times in line.
Using an ipad to access the website gives no audio notification.
It was effective and easy for people that have computer experience.
Ease of configuration and ease of use by customers.
The system proved to be very efficient and easy to use for our staff. Waitwhile's customer service has been very helpful before during and after our event ended.

This is the best website/app when making reservations. It is seamless and super easy to see what your options are when looking at places to go.
Difficult at first to locate the specefic restaurant I was looking for. Unable to change reservation from site, can only cancel.
The app is user friendly and intuitive, it keeps track of your reservations and is much more secure and hassle free than calling the restaurant and hoping they pick up the phone.
My only problem with OpenTable is the cuisine categories aren't always accurate which can make it slightly difficult to find what you're looking for when you're in the mood for something specific.
I like the design of the app and the user friendly it has become they did some great improvements.
There is nothing that I have encountered as of yet that makes me dislike this app.
Open Table was a useful program that helped me to make reservations at my favorite restaurants. It was easy to make the reservations and I liked the alerts when the table was ready.

Love the software and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been awesome as the contact person. This has helped our office with NoShows alot.
Our company has been using this product for 3 years and I do not have one thing that I dislike from this product.
The ability to notify patients via text is a great feature. The software is fairly easy to use and overall is a great product.
Had to get stand-alone version because no patch was available for my EHR at the time program was implemented.
DoctorConnect, hands down, has saved our administrative support staff hours. The automated reminders work great with our EMR/EHR thanks to the great IT team to help set this up for us.
If we have to cancel appointments, we don't have to call patients. You can send them a message.
The actual program has increased our confirmation rate ten-fold. DoctorConnect has been a great addition to our office and I am so thankful I found them.
DoctorConnect has allowed us to decrease client no show rates and has allowed staff members that were previously doing reminder calls to focus on other business processes.

Extracting data that is actionable is difficult.
My overall experience with iVision has been very positive. The platform is solid and performs well, and it continues to improve with new features/tools.
The software seems really outdated and is confusing to configure. It's built for lots of different use cases, so it's not very easy to implement or manage.
The ability to quickly go into the software and create a campaign for a customer is awesome.
As you continue to go deeper into the software that level confusion will come back.
The ability to reach to my customers instantly is a very valuable part of my business.
Extremely customizable, great support and onboarding experience.
Was a small learning curve but support and been great and love the platform.

I love The online reservations and the ease of table assignments when reservations are made. Customer service has always been super helpful also and they reprogrammed my app for me to fit my needs.
No integration with our in house System to marry servers with tables and cheques with inventory and kvs.
The reliablitiy of the service has been great. The support service has been quick and very helpful when we did have issues.
Plus the seating hours cut off before the closing times by 15 minutes and can't change the setting.
Customized floor plan and excellent support for development and ongoing isssues. Desk top interface and app support.
Easy and cost effective solution for customer wait list and reservations.
I love capturing the customer data for contacts, birthdays etc. It will definitely make your reservations and seating more efficient, allowing you to seat more guests and make more money.

When someone cancels appointment, it deletes from EMR software. Would prefer it kept appt in my system but said cancelled; this way less change someone is lost to follow up.

To date, it has been a great relationship and product from our point of view. We hope it continues to expand and improve with more options.
Implementation was a struggle but that was specifically due to our inability to move forward due to Covid and staffing.
As a company we have been very pleased with ability to adapt and individualize the messages for each facility and or situation.
I believe it is missing a key feature. As a multidisciplinary clinic we need to modify the appointment reminders be sent based on the appointment type.
The ability to have a confirmation in the chart helps with tracking and reporting that is needed.
We had unacceptable NO-Show rates, costing money for unfilled appointments; Implementation of reminders significantly reduced No-Show rates. We have used this product for almost 4 years.
They offer a very hands on approach and great customer support through the process. Any changes, updates and modifications are always simple and accurate.

Saw this and instantly thought how great it would be to keep me organized and be able to better help me figure out who is on the waiting list.
Parent's have trouble viewing their child's placement on the list.
Ease of use and how quickly we were able to convert our paper applications into the software. The email reminder feature to families on the waitlist is also a wonderful feature.
The order families appear can be confusing at times.

SevenRooms is not the industry standard for reservations, unfortunately. Many people are unfamiliar with the software, so you risk lost reservations as a result of that.
SevenRooms is excellent at driving guests to your restaurant. While not the industry standard for online reservations, (though that is rapidly changing), it has excellent functionality.
People may also not book through this platform if it's too difficult or unfamiliar, which may lead to lost reservations.
Ease of use on the app, reporting features, multiple diary views, great customer data capture. The excellent support team.
Just one thing, color in the software is somehow boring.
I think there was a great platform to get more reservations in our restaurant and got the word out to more people.
Started out ahead of the pack, but the other quickly caught up and adjusted billing + software strategies and left SevenRooms falling behind.

Our initial discussions didn't really make sense as they were known as a waitlist service and we were a Fast Casual restaurant, there seemed to be no overlap.
We really love how simple and easy it is- we got it connected to our point of sale and the data that it pulls into the software helps us track every table- it’s pretty awesome.
Screen real estate can be a struggle but that's the tradeoff for using on smaller iPads. We have asked for a full screen view.
