RamQuest One's built-in Escrow accounting functionality enables employees to handle 3-way reconciliation of trust accounts based on transactions within the order. With the order entry and scheduling module, team members can automatically populate base files and contract information and utilize the calendar to schedule closing events. It also lets users access the rate engine to customize service rates and manage all billing, payments, and credit information on a centralized platform.
RamQuest One enables organizations to integrate the platform with several third-party CRM, loan processing, and electronic order processing solutions, among other applications. It lets supervisors utilize the activity dashboard to gain insights into tasks across multiple locations and overall productivity statistics.
