Pros
It helps me keep all my contracts and organize them to my liking. It also helps me manage and edit any contracts.
I like that it is the most client friendly electronic signature platform I have used. My clients find it very user friendly as well.
Great product that does what I need it to do with the help of my broker.
Cons
The signing process is an awful mess and hard to use. It goes down constantly.
I'll put a signature prompt on a line but then the signature ends up being anywhere from half an inch to inch above where I placed the signature box. Make's it inconvenient at times.
It does not work well with a Mac. Uploading documents or going to documents library takes forever and I usually have to reboot.

Fantastic system that makes our tasks efficient by saving time!

Overall it is a good system that allows for organization and ease of electronic signatures and more!

Pros

The electronic signatures and tracking down of them is a plus in any industry.

Cons

One minor glitch is that when we prepare a form we check some boxes and then send the forms for electronic signatures. The issue is that the receiver has the boxes in blanks despite the fact that they are checked in by the preparer.

Form Simplicity is the Only Form I Use!!

Form Simplicity is very easy with which to work. The customer service is professional & friendly, & there is rarely any software "down" time. In fact, I can't even remember the last time!!

Pros

Form Simplicity is very easy to use. While I have the availability of other contract software programs at my office, I choose Form Simplicity.....easy-peasey to operate.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about Simplicity. Probably the only thing that is annoying is the upgrades. They are usually good, however, it means I have to stop & re-learn a small process change. Just by basic impatient nature when it comes to technology!!

As a transaction management tool Form Simplicity is limited and regularly frustrating.

Pros

Provided by the state association of Realtors, and integrated with Flex. Paid for by the state association and provided to members as a benefit.

Cons

The user interface and core functionality are clumsy at best. While not quite a kludge, Form Simplicity isn't a whole lot better.

I lke this better than instanet; have used for at least 4 years almost daily

Great product that does what I need it to do with the help of my broker..

Pros

Easy to use and clients don't have issues at first try.

Cons

That the documents do not all auto populate information on all documents. Idaho Data Sheets dont use the data in the transaction to automatically enter it. Also the whole thing needs a double exit request so that you dont accidentally leave the document and loose all of the information.
