Owned and operated by Florida Realtors(R), the platform combines real estate forms, transaction management, collaboration, and broker tools to support workflows from contract to closing. Custom checklists, task tracking, status updates and permissions help teams monitor progress and maintain consistent processes. Where available and permitted, MLS data imports populate forms to reduce duplicate entry and manual errors. Forms programming services support customized dynamic forms for company workflows. The responsive web interface adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens and supports most browsers and operating systems. Integrations include Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Contacts and RentSpree, helping users connect transaction management with existing business tools. Ultimate Edition adds unlimited document storage and Sabal Sign, an integrated electronic signature solution with unlimited signing sessions and no per-envelope limits. Users can upload PDFs, place signature fields, send documents for signing and track completed records within Form Simplicity. Sabal Sign security features include 256-bit encryption, tamper-evident protections, a full audit log, and a Certificate of Authenticity recording signer information, timestamps, and IP addresses.
