We don't use the system for sales which has made the implementation process difficult. However with the incredibly helpful support team we have been able to modify the system to suit our needs. Support almost always get back to you on the same day and often go above and beyond what we would expect. The system is extremely flexible and we have been able to successfully make it suit our needs. It is now an integral part of our daily routine and makes everyone's working lives easier.
The amazing support team and flexibility of the software.

Overall i like the system. I do think one day we will outgrow it as a company.
Easy of use. Able to input and interrogate information easily.

Far better control of our sales pipeline, which became essential when we recruited our first sales person
It really is as easy to use as the name suggests. Works well for the small sales team we have. And I like the way you can start on a very low subscription rate
It's annoying whem the system times out without warning and you can lose your work. The interface feels a little "old" but really that's just nit picking.

Really good, has helped keep track of our sales record and put a bit more pressure on the sales team.
The option to add daily tasks and make them more prominent on your dashboard to motivate you to get them done. The way you can run reports and add in sales figures for that month.
Sometimes it logs out and when you click 'keep logged in' it doesn't

The CRM is helping us build that full understanding of our Levy Payers. It has integrated will with our other business systems
For a BID it is critical that we build a detailed understanding of our levy payers and RSS CRM enables us to do this
Like all CRM's we have found the prime focus is sales, which is not applicable to us

We switched to Really Simple Systems from Salesforce because it aligned with our needs more closely in terms of cost, service and adaptability. My personal experience with the support team has been amazing and surpasses all my experiences with Salesforce. Highly recommended. We use it to manage our niche offshore financial advisory practice and have found that it meets 95% of our needs 100% of the time.

I am a consultant with about 80 clients, I use this to manage updates on each account, tasks, activities etc, so although I don't use the complete package, I can see how useful it would be as a sales package
Simple to use, customisable, reliable and great that it can be run on a phone, tablet or pc, most useful out on the road
I don't use the sales or opportunities sections, but other than that, it is perfect for what I need

Perfect product to organise all of your customers and enquiries. Every sales business should use it.
Easy to use and gets all your sales enquiries organised as you go along. Ideal for a non techie person so it is perfect for a micro business of a large sales force.
I still have not grasped some of the terminology...like "opportunities". There is no box for email address'.

I have used this system for close on 10 years. When I took up my current position 5 years ago I installed the system as there was no CRM system in place. I find it the simplest most effective sales tracking system I have used in my 30 years in sales and sales management. We have numerous sales outlets across the country controlled from a main sales office and I am able to report effectively on sales performance across the business with minimal effort. The reliability of the system is first rate I have experienced very few occasions when I have not been able to access the system from various locations including on mobile phone/tablet devices.

A compact place to store all my customer sales information.
I am able to contain all the relevant information about my customer in one place. I have been grateful for the prompt responses from the support team when I have had some issues.
Not being able to attach actual documents into the customer account. Not a big fan of cloud base systems. I have not worked out how to put alerts and reminders against specific customers, therefore I would like to be able to find this out alongside other applications, either by webinar or video link. Also just been advised that we have been upgraded from version 4 to 5. Layout is very different from the previous one. Not sure the change was necessary unless it substantially improves the ease of use.

I would highly recommend this software to anyone as it has a wealth of features right from the get go on the free plan and this may very well be all you need to use, but you have the ability to easily and quickly tailor the CRM for your specific needs by adding the optional extras as and when you need them. The support is very good and any issues I have encountered, have been resolved on the same day with either an online support or a call back support. On the higher tiered levels you get more direct support and also tailored extended customisation and design. The report generation is also very useful for generating a number of different default reports, but also for generating specific reports based on your own criteria
This CRM is incredibly easy to use with a wealth of support material including video tutorials to get you started. At its basic level it can be comprehensively customised for your/your companies needs. It provides not only a fast and extremely flexible customer database but has the flexibility to include pipeline and sales functions along with automation and cloud storage options which can be added on as needed.
The inability to bulk move customer tasks to a new date within the Task Window. If a number of tasks are not completed, it can be time consuming to move a number of similar tasks to a set date in the future, as these all have to be done individually. So having the ability to select a number of tasks over numerous customers and set a new task date for them would be a very useful feature.

Simple control of the sales process and the relationship with my customers.
I am still using the free version and it suites me very well, I will update it in a very near future as I need some features that are not available in the free version. The software is very comprehensive and cover all the main topics of a CRM system. I search for other solutions and this is the best that I found. I highly recommend it.
The part that I had more difficulties were in the reporting section. I tried to add some fields but could not do it.Maybe because I use the free version.

The functionality allows me to keep track of the whole sales process and keep track of customers. Prospects can be added on to the system easily, with the marketing module they can be targeted with relevant sales info and quickly become new customers.

Incredible customer service, for sure. the sales manager who worked with me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent staff! The user interface is very easy to work with compared to a lot of other CRM providers we tested out.
A little less visual-based than my sales director would prefer. Maybe a way to graphically show the progress of each lead would be nice.

Best CRM i have ever come acrossed. It used for email management, Lead Scoring, maintaining data. So far i have been using this for alomost 2year and proudly say that best in the market. Top fotune 500 companies are using this CRM go for it.
CRM is very smooth & User Friendly and don't lag it also allows you to get insights from varied, real-time customer data.
To buy salesforce CRM is too expensive as compared to other CRM reason behind is too secure

We used this software to streamline the process which has made our day to day operations very easy and e efficient. We are able to integrate the application with Java and other reporting software like Power BI and Tableau
It is a great CRM software which great feature and has the ability to customize, easy to automate, easy to assign the security, easy to integrate with the third-party application.
It is very expensive compared to other CRM Softwares, building maintaining and using a CRM can be even more expensive
