A big thing I'm not a fan of is the interface isn’t immediately intuitive and setting up complex registrations or payment plans can take time and test one's patience.

Registration for many class options, gathering important information, and collecting payments in one system is very helpful!

I would say the navigation is a bit confusing for the products being at the bottom of the page and there are fields for filters that look jumbled a bit.

Setting up discounts in our system is difficult because we have so many products and different tuition rates for each consumer.

Overall, Regpack has been good for building out products and I'm sure some hiccups we faced along the way were user errors.
