A big thing I'm not a fan of is the interface isn’t immediately intuitive and setting up complex registrations or payment plans can take time and test one's patience.

RP offers technical Support by email, but with any technical writing/questions it can be hard to "be on the same page with someone" when exchanging emails.  

It also handles the payments for all our programs with automated billing.

Registration for many class options, gathering important information, and collecting payments in one system is very helpful!

I would say the navigation is a bit confusing for the products being at the bottom of the page and there are fields for filters that look jumbled a bit.

Setting up discounts in our system is difficult because we have so many products and different tuition rates for each consumer.
