RemoteToPC comes with a customizable dashboard, the command center, which allows administrators to monitor multiple workstations and servers as well as schedule, launch and manage remote support sessions across multiple devices. It offers a host of features such as dual monitor support, simultaneous sessions, user management, unattended access, remote reboot, file transfer, and more. The application also assists managers with establishing secure sessions with clients using two-factor authentication, 256-bit SSL encryption, and password-based logins.
RemoteToPC includes a notification system, which automatically sends email alerts about utilization of CPU, RAM or disk resources to managers. Users can also gain insight into memory performance, processor load, network connections and more via a metrics dashboard.
