TeamViewer is a great choice for IT professionals, mainly in the service delivery and support fields. I do not see myself looking at other remote tools in the near future.
I have not had any issues with installation on all the devices we set up. Easy to connect to remote machines as long as the internet is stable. You can have multiple containers for multiple branches and the file transfer is seamless.
I do not like the fact that there are times you cannot connect to a device two versions before the control machine. Some servers with legacy software cannot be upgraded and you will have to drive into the office.
Hi Vincent, We are really pleased to know you have chosen TeamViewer for your remote access solution! Thank you for trusting TeamViewer as a powerful tool for helping you. TeamViewer is backward compatible but not upward compatible. This means that you can connect with your current version to devices that are running the same version as yours or older versions. Likewise, we would like to invite you to join TeamViewer Community https://community.teamviewer.com if you have any troubleshooting questions. We hope you enjoy using TeamViewer all the time! Hope to see you there in TeamViewer Community! Best, Ying/TeamViewer

I love this platform. Teamviewer was the easiest implementation of remote access and support for devices within my business. On a personal note, I've used it to access my personal computer, and to assist my mother with her technical needs, when I could not get to her. When, in the height of the pandemic, I was forced to allow my team to work in the cloud, we purchased a license, and all of a sudden,...
Teamviewer presents a powerful and stable platform for remote access to computers, regardless of the platform you intend to connect from. In an increasingly connected world, this is your method of connecting to multiple computers within your business. It also doesn't matter the version of your Windows, where Microsoft's Remote Desktop requires the Pro versions.
My main issue isn't a problem, to be quite frank. When using teamviewer on mobile, there are a bit too many finger gestures which are required to mimic different mouse clicks. I figure that learning from the existing gestures on android and iOS might be beneficial

TeamViewer is an easy-to-use and efficient remote access solution that I have found very helpful. Its setup process is quick and straightforward, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I appreciate the added security measures such as two-factor authentication and data transfer encryption, which provide extra protection when accessing sensitive information. One of the best features of TeamViewer is its cross-platform compatibility, as it works seamlessly across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, making it easy to connect with users from different platforms. Lastly, I like the flexibility that TeamViewer offers with its free trial versions for individual users and business plans for more advanced features.
TeamViewer is a user-friendly and secure remote access solution that I highly recommend.

Good
The fact that it makes it easier to connect remotely for assistance pertaining to your pc instead of having to wait for multiple people to come out to assist
That you sometimes wait long for a password

TeamViewer is a powerful remote access program that offers users a simple and effective way to connect to and operate devices from a distance. Its ease of use, high level of dependability, and security make it a top choice for both individuals and corporations.TeamViewer's adaptability is one of its strongest features. It is simple to connect to practically any device because it supports a wide range of operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. Additionally, the software enables a variety of connection methods, including as file sharing, online meetings, and remote control, so users may select the one that best suits their requirements.Incredibly user-friendly, TeamViewer has a simple, clear interface that is simple to use.
One of the main issues with TeamViewer is its cost. While the software is free for personal use, its premium versions can be quite expensive, making it less accessible to small businesses and individuals on a budget. Additionally, the licensing model can be confusing, with different features and capabilities being locked behind premium subscriptions.Another potential drawback of TeamViewer is its security....
