Repeat Rewards customer service did a great job with the set-up. My customers appreciate the customer loyalty program, and it helps us compete with the "big-box" loyalty programs.
Really happy with the software so far. It has been great helping us interact with our customers.
The ease of use and the ability to change/update most of the information myself. I enjoy the insights that are offered so I can better see how my customers are spending their money.
I hate that we have to manually enter each purchase. We end up not doing it bc of the amount of work it takes.
Again, this could already be offered and I am just missing it.
There is so much information available that sometimes it is confusing to navigate the website.
