Pros

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Pros

The text features are nice for quick and easy communication with clients and leads, the email automations allow us to send our leads important information that could help us close deals.
I appreciate the help before and during the process of rolling out usage. The people are always available and friendly.
It is the most comprehensive, out of the box solution for our roofing business. We love the integration of ABC supply.

Cons

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

Cons

The learning curve was just too hard for some of my coworkers. I believe the vast array of features and tools provided were intimidating for them.
The mobile access from a standard user's access was terrible.
I desperately want this functionality and not having this feature does make me consider switching applications in the future.

I liked that the platform was extremely easy to understand and get a hang of. The ability to navigate was a refreshing feeling.

Cons

I didn't like the lack of detail available in the sales reporting module of the application. Some more specifics related to the sales would be very useful in the growth efforts of a company.

Good. AL team is responsive and willing to work on issues.

Pros

Easy to track sales for myself and the whole team.

Cons

Not mobile friendly IMO. Better to go online and input comments so they get to the right place.

inauguration with GAF quick measure, i like how it will add our sales volume up and show a sales leaderboard. i like that we have live viewing of our new accounts/jobs.

Cons

that i need to run back through the bid because some items will add double the amount needed

The comprehensive project management tool

This software allows me to be successful and save time doing it.

Pros

The mobile app lets me open my leads and load photos on the go until I can return to the web version and fill in the details once I am out of the field. Generation of photo reports and the ability to keep projects just one click away at all times is most beneficial.

Cons

From a contractors perspective on the sales and customer service end, I have not found anything that needs addressing

Cons

It's easy for the contractor in the field

Cons

It's not robust on the accounting side and QBO Implementation. Sales claims are user friendly and it has to be mapped.

Pros

Keeping leads organized and everything that goes along with a client

Cons

Crashes are annoying and mobile view is kind of a pain vs how nice it is on the tablet

Pros

Easy enough for new sales guys to pickup on. App is great for guys in the field.

Cons

1. They constantly email AND call my staff trying to sell them upgraded versions or add ons. I wish thy would stop. 2. I cannot edit the software at all. I don’t like that I can’t change certain features. 3. I cannot fun reports from my app

Great. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with from Sales to Support

Pros

I love how integrated everything is and how much it talks with itself. There are so many great integrations with various softwares.

Cons

There seems to be a few breaks in the chain where things dont immediately update in other places, the system is very basic for the cost, and there is very little customization

Pros

Cloud base, and easy to use. Like the ability to e-sign contracts.

Cons

Writing estimates is not the easiest. Would like to see estimate writing redone.

Excellent customer service!

Pros

We LOVE the Reporting. I can view marketing expenses, sales reports, etc. Great functions for helping make decisions.

Cons

Minimal things we don't like. The search feature sometimes doesn't pull things up when it should - so you search it a different way and it works. Its strange.

Decent software but could be much better with the right professional input. CRM side works really well, estimating is also good, project management is lacking overall. Connection issues and field app upgrades needed.

Pros

Templates for estimates, importing estimates into PO's & WO's, photo & document management. CRM is adequate for most sales force.

Cons

Scheduling calendar is very out dated, need Gantt charting without PO or WO dependencies (DHTMLX). A dash board that can filter the jobs from current to past with existing status and other filters such as names, dates, trades, sales person, project manager, etc... Field app that utilizes the calendar. Field app that can see all orders. Connection issues with good signal strength in the field.

AccuLynx is a great product to help manage leads and keep track of where we are at in the process

AccuLynx is great and helps to keep each homeowner in the loop and helps to keep track of the communication between homeowners as well.

Pros

I like that you can scan in your documents and can select folders for each paper. It saves instantly as long as you have good service.

Cons

When my AccuLynx was synced to my sales rabbit and it always created two leads to each one homeowner but I was able to fix that.

Best system by far!

this is the best for project flow and very user friendly for our sales consultants

Pros

The productivity is way better than previous CRMs I have previously used very user-friendly!

Cons

I have no complaints and our account manager has been very helpful with everything!

Lots of Bells and Whistles

There are so many bells and whistles that there is a learning curve that goes into this application.

Pros

What this program does best is integrate with the Sale Supply companies to generate an amazing estimate.

Cons

Its takes someone with technical computer savvy to set the system up to work optimally. Tracking Sales People and using the calendar is not my favorite thing.
