I have used multiple CRM systems including ZoHo and Spiro and they don't come close to Salesforce.
The features and benefits available to track contacts, accounts, pipeline, goals, training, activity, are second to known. It is the most robust and integrated CRM I have ever worked with.
Sometimes the depth and breadth of the software itself can be extremely overwhelming if you have never used it before.

SalesForce is great for keeping control of contact with your customers and prospects.
Multiple users can access all of the company's customer records and prospect records to help eliminate wasted or duplicate efforts.
It is on the expensive side, so you might look at a more affordable program like Zoho CRM. And SalesForce may not be as adaptable to your needs as some other CRM programs.

Salesforce is an excellent option when migrating traditional enterprises onto cloud-based CRM systems. Enterprises need to feel confident in CRM / Cloud, and Salesforce does this very well when compared to other CRM tools such as Zoho.
Salesforce is definitely still the most professional/solid cloud-based CRM tool - and that ensures Enterprises that want 'CRM in the cloud' will always use it. It's a very good system, which feels robust and wont fall-over.
I think Salesforce should provide more functionality at its core, rather than 'outsourcing' this responsibility to 3rd party marketplace vendors. For example, when GDPR arrived, did Salesforce incorporate this fully within Salesforce core? No, they relied on 3rd party vendors to create new solutions.

Not good, doubling my work to upload info in the working platform and in SF. Time consuming
Its the google of CRMs and everyone is using it but is just another CRM, honestly I believe zoho was doing a nicer job
I used a couple of other platforms which wouldn’t integrate with SF, I know, every platform should be able to connect with SF, but it doesn’t work. Sorry, SF is huge so no custom fixes to you small client. All the best...

Overall we were very happy with this CRM and have got lot of business profit by using this CRM
Saleforce as a CRM is best, easy, reliable and convenient tool and we could make a great use of this as an CRM
It's pricing was on hire side and few customization were not possible in this CRM

Overall, our CRM has many different integrations, but Sales cloud by SF is the best CRM to embody other integrations.
The overall best CRM every enterprise company must have. Sales cloud is critical for marketing operations. We focus on Marketo as our marketing automation, but Sales cloud is critical for managing leads, contacts accounts, and campaigns.
Salesforce classic is the least favorite part in my opinion. Although lightning is not the fastest at sometime, it's interface is definitely more convenient.

Cloud based softwrae so no need to install something and accessible everywhere at anytime. Nice and easy to use... only if set up well.
The demo of the software was very nice but once we decided to move form Zoho CRM to Salesforce, it was another thing. Neither Zoho Support neither Salesforce support were able to speak together and the experience was not very good. After a few months we decided to move to another one (Sellsy)

I love Salesforce but wish that they had better client support for their complicated systems. We have recently switched over to Zoho CRM at the end of 2018 and we love the functionality of Zoho vs. the clunkiness and coding that it takes to have the same functions in Salesforce.
Salesforce is a system that I have used for over 5 years now. I love it's functionality and ways that it can help me to find prospects and potential opportunities that I would have never found without the help of the software.
The thing I like least about Salesforce is that it is very hard to manage as a small business owner. There is a need for a professionally certified Salesforce technician and this means that I am always having to spend more money to find one of these people when I am looking for new functions in my CRM.

I really liked being able to take a picture of a business card and that information populate into the CRM
Salesforce is by far the best CRM i've ever used. I switched from another CRM that didn't have any of the same capabilities of salesforce
The price was a little steep, although it seemed to be worth it once I started using it. But other CRMs do good jobs with half the price

Salesforce is by far the best, most comprehensive CRM I have used and really enjoy the user experience compared to other CRM platforms I have used.
I have used Salesforce and many of its other products and they are by far the most comprehensive CRM I have used. It's easy to create cases, contacts and Parent Child accounts. Salesforce is basically an all in one CRM. very customizable to fit your business needs.
As part of my experience with Salesforce we used Chatter and I found it cumbersome. There are a lot of options for sharing files and creating channels but it can get overwhelming trying to find things.

All of our marketing campaigns and programs are centered around Salesforce. Salesforce allows us to build our database of leads and contacts, keep track of different campaigns and their success, and properly route leads to sales.
Salesforce is by far the most scalable and robust CRM. A must for any large sales or marketing organization.

I am very satisfied about Salesforce Sales Cloud as a user, this CRM platform is having all the functionalities I need to have all my sales administration in one platform
Salesforce is providing most features and integrations of any CRM platform, I have worked with several CRM systems so far and Salesforce is by far my favorite!
From my knowledge Salesforce is very expensive per user compared to other CRM systems, if an organization doesn't need complex integrations then I wouldn't recommend to select Salesforce for CRM activities

We were using Zoho CRM which was doing the job. However, the company grew and we started looking at other options and chose Salesforce. It was a nice change because this has more features and the customer service is always there whenever we needed help.
The only concern was the price point of Salesforce compared to Zoho CRM which was what we were using before switching over. However, it comes with more features and great customer service so it makes up for that.

Salesforce greatly increased sales management's visibility into sales rep activities and pipeline. SF also made our reps much more efficient by allowing them to better manage the sales process. Lastly, SF helps our reps cover for reps who are on vacation by giving them access to case history.
Salesforce is quite simple to customize. Being in the energy space, we have specific needs that wouldn't be addressed out of the box and SF was easy to customize to our needs.
Cost. Honestly, Salesforce is much more CRM than we need, given the requirements of our users. We could have gotten by quite easily with a CRM system at a fraction of the cost of Salesforce.

Salesforce is very intimidating in the beginning, I wished we used something smaller and simpler, but with their great training resources I grew to enjoy and recommend it.
Salesforce has become synonymous with "enterprise grade" - every big company uses it and it supports every possible feature under the sun. The thing I like most about Salesforce is despite the fact you practically need a PhD to understand every part of it, the company provides excellent training and online resources.
SalesForce isn't a good solution for small startups or mid-sized businesses. They're better served by more modest CRM solutions.

Adoption by the salesforce has been good at this point and has given me visibility of each step of the sales process.
Gave us an easy way to import or organize data from multiple spreadsheets. Gave me visibility of all sales activities in one place replacing calls and emails to the sales team.
At this point we are still learning about the features. So far Bigin meets our needs.

The Sales Pipeline is very intuitive and simple. We always pull up the Bigin Sales Pipeline on our weekly sales call as the team discusses current sales opportunities.
Little tricky to find things sometimes. For example, today I tried to figure out how to merge multiple contacts into one contact to eliminate duplicates. Was pretty intuitive in ZoHo CRM, but not as easy to do in Bigin.
