Ease of use, ability to manage multiple projects separately, ability to communicate with team, also the functionality of adding guest access for clients.
I wish the platform had more cloud capacity, nonetheless with the integrations it fits perfectly with other cloud platforms.

We love it!
I really like the design and the ease of use. The app is also great and super easy to navigate. The price also can't be beat. The team at ClickUp is constantly improving the product - can't wait to see what it will look like in the near future. There is already so much functionality and they keep adding more.
I wish it had a sales module and a few more deeper permission levels.

I like that this software helps put everything in one dashboard. I can view everything from the single dashboard. I also like that it integrates with a lot of existing apps like outlook, slack.
Nothing much to be said about cons. It would be better if it can integrate with sales force.

Too many options for my task management needs
lots of options if you need it for sales as well as task management

Easy to use, free of charge for small teams, easy to import export, compatbility with other project management softwares...
cloud integration is very week, try to make accessible from interface, google drive, dropbox, owncloud, webdav... Make easier export reports for teams.

The application can be easily shared to the team for feedback and comments since this is a cloud application.
Easy to plot project timeline. You can prepare Gantt chart and allocate resources in no time. Dependencies are easy to assign.
Hope that you could come up with different version of the proposed project as you reflect it with project status.

There was a fairly short learning curve coming from Trello. The sales process and onboarding were great also.
We loved the ability to create dashboards that can be filtered. The kanban boards are easy to use. The mobile app keeps getting improved as well.
Really awaiting the ability to incorporate more custom fields in the dashboard reports.

I manage several types of projects with very different needs, resources and times. This tool has worked for me to be able to manage all of them. Some others focus on a single type of time management.
It has countless possibilities to track projects and obtain reports. The after sales and training service is phenomenal. Very useful in my organization.
It's not a problem with the app itself, but the sheer number of options can be overwhelming at first.

I manage a sales team and we are great at closing deals, but not so much at getting task done. I was able to get onto ClickUp during their BETA phase to see if it could help our issues. Its simple and exactly what we need. I'm able to keep up with all of my teams progress and they can update me easier as well!
ClickUp is not just for developers, it can be changed and used for more simple teams like mine. It also quickly increases visibility between managers and the team and allows clear updates between each.
This is getting picky but they could add some more sales specific templates for monthly reviews and etc. I emailed their friendly customer service and they said they would put this on the roadmap!

I work in web / app development and I use ClickUp to help me store client information, manage my sales pipeline, and also manage the projects I am working in an agile fashion. It is currently my all in one tool for managing everything from my sales to projects to whether or not payment has been received.
+ Simple to use + Minimalist design + Loads of deep optional features that don't clutter or get in the way but are there if you need them + Estimate tasks + Subtasks + Track your work time and compare vs estimate + Chrome plugin that lets you easily track your time and import emails into tasks + There is an open and transparent roadmap of features for the product with a feature voting system that helps the business / devs determine what features to implement next
ClickUp allows you to create different "Projects" which are like your boards, and within the projects you have multiple lists, however, the columns which they call "Statuses" can only be configured to the project which forces every list to use the same columns. This is currently being worked on as a new feature to allow custom columns / statuses per list instead of project.

Ease of collaboration with increased communication. Templating our internal team tasks . I know that nobody will forget to do his/her task.

I have searched for a productivity software very long time, both for personal and work use. This is the only one, that really saved me time. With others i have spent more time trying to figure out how to sort things in the software, then actually doing those these things, which was counter productive.
This is the only productivity software, that bends to the will of its users. It is frequently updated and gets new features, that the community asks for, almost every week. It is suitable for companies and solo users equally, thanks to its clean design and the possibility to manage tasks in different views (be it a kanban board, or simple list or a calendar), that the user likes. There are tons of other features, but it would be better to check out their web, because the number of features is constantly growing.
Integration of cloud storages, like google drive, are paid only. Also custom fields are practically paid-plan only, because free users can "use" this feature only hundred times. That's it. No more cons.

Really impressed with this software. Has made organising and running my business much easier. I have remote teams. And the integration between the sales and the development team has been crucial to providing better service and increasing sales. Staff have also loved the ease and convenience of using the software. It has truly become our centralised software. Well worth the money!
We were just getting into using PM tools and the choice was Asana. We used the free plan of Asana and was about to upgrade to the paid. And then this tool came along... A no-brainer really. To me, this tool does everything we need it to do (and so much more we don't need). I have recommended it to everyone who is asking about PM tools. We all agree it is a great buy and a great tool!

My overall experience with ClickUp is very good. It is also liked very much by all of my teammates also.
The best part about ClickUp is the convenience that we get while using it. It's like a one stop destination CRM, we can use it for sales, development, management, finance, etc.
The features in the free plan are very limited.

It has been incredible, I think it is the best task management software for dev teams, sales, even for families managing their day to day tasks.
The amount of customization available is amazing. This software has a view, dashboard, or analytics for every type of user.
There are a ton of customization options, which can be overwhelming, but the clickup team provides so much documentation and support that no user ever really feels overwhelmed.
