Best CRM i have ever come acrossed. It used for email management, Lead Scoring, maintaining data. So far i have been using this for alomost 2year and proudly say that best in the market. Top fotune 500 companies are using this CRM go for it.
CRM is very smooth & User Friendly and don't lag it also allows you to get insights from varied, real-time customer data.
To buy salesforce CRM is too expensive as compared to other CRM reason behind is too secure

We used this software to streamline the process which has made our day to day operations very easy and e efficient. We are able to integrate the application with Java and other reporting software like Power BI and Tableau
It is a great CRM software which great feature and has the ability to customize, easy to automate, easy to assign the security, easy to integrate with the third-party application.
It is very expensive compared to other CRM Softwares, building maintaining and using a CRM can be even more expensive

I am using this CRM for more than three years and found that creating a campaign , tracking each and every accounts and contacts are very easy and very effective with this platform. I can see the overall and complete picture in it. I can say this is one of the powerful CRM I have ever seen.
I like almost everything about Salesforce. Salesforce user interface is amazing, it is very easy to use, effective, fast, reliable and secure. I am using it for more than 3 years and found no issue till date. Salesforce mobile app is amazing and very easy to use too. I like the way we can maintain our database, create the campaign and track each and every account in this amazing CRM. Salesforce dashboards have amazing features and give a proper view of what an organization wants.
There is one thing that I like least about this CRM is that this CRM is a little bit expensive compared to other CRM but I think it is worth to spend on this platform.

It did what I needed it to do. I did not like the Salesforce sales team to contact my Corporate Office and use my name to sell their product to my company when I asked them not to.
The CRM portal and CRM tracking. I liked the mobile app.
There is a steep learning curve. Customer support is not great.

Extremely robust and scale-able. Has the ability to slice and dice data however you choose and create extensive reports of your choice. Easy to use and quick to adapt to.

Overall this tool is pretty good for all kinds of organization. I highly recommend it.
I am using this CRM software for more than 4 years and I personally like this software so much. It has all the coolest features for Business and support. Its UI is very much simple and to use this you no need to be an expert. It has all the functions like sales, Marketing, Customer and relationship management features. The best part is you can integrate this with Outlook.
It is a bit slow as compared to other CRM tools. And they need to improve its features a bit like Sugar CRM.

Very complex CRM - expensive for what it is. I'd rather use a CRM like JobAdder.
It was easy to pick up quickly, but there were many features that we didn't use as an organization. It's expensive and I think other products work better in many cases.
We switched from Salesforce to something that was more user friendly, less expensive and had a quicker ramp up time.

The best tool for CRM, easy to integrate with local software and social media tools. Amazing really.
CRM is Salesforce, not only the NYSE ticket! Amazing capabilities for controlling the whole CRM.
It's a very complete too, I wouldn't say complex, but of course it's not easy to learn. But if you dedicate some time, it will definitely work.

We are running all our marketing and sales activity using the software. We have integrated campaigns and also are having 3rd party telemarketing teams use the software using Excel as a data template for sharing info. Excel seamlessly integrates with the software. Now we have better user adoption and we have cleaner / better managed account data.
It is totally integrated into Outlook. Makes for a simple and efficient user environment. Sales staff did not use Salesforce enough previously, but now we have better usage, and the product captures many things (emails for example) very easily.
