Pros

It is really easy to use and helps me keep on top of all my leads easily. I like how user-friendly it is.

Cons

It integrates with Five9 and Five9 gives us all tons of problems, but that's not really Salesforce

Salesforce Keeps Us Functional

I've used Salesforce at 3 jobs, 2 which were primarily in sales.

Pros

I love that Five9 can be integrated into SalesForce for cloud calling.

Cons

I don't find that it's changed much in the last 15 years which can be viewed as a good thing by some, however I'd like to see it be upgraded look wise.

Salesforce - must have for IT companies.

Since the beginning it was pretty easy to learn the way software works and also it's a great service to connect with additional plugins (like Five9 and many others)

Pros

It's simply to use, possible to be modified and almost never goes down (even if goes - it's a scheduled procedure)

Cons

Sometimes it matches the information not in a proper way (match accounts with wrong phone numbers, when you receive a call from another cell phone number), but it's a rare issue.
