Crm and information you get out of it
It has many features, Einstein is funny and It now comes with three months of G Suite by Google Cloud at no cost.
I like Hubspot crm better because of the whole knowledge center behind and integrated solutions they have.

Organizing clients and communication with them.
I like all of the integrations that link with Salesforce such as Slack, Trello, and much more. It's pretty easy to set these up.
All of the internal features. It has a steep learning curve when compared to the Hubspot CRM or another competitor.

Overall, I think it's still one of the best CRM tools out there and if you require complex integration with other sources of data it may be your best bet
I love salesforce contact management user interface. It's very simple to use and the layout makes perfect sense. It's now integrated with so many external resources so it's simple yo find and enter new leads and contact all within the system.
The email tracking is still not as easy or neat as I've seen in CRM tools like HubSpot or Sugar CRM but. Integration is not as easier either many features require someone who is very technical

I have tried other tools, including Hubspot to use as a CRM and nothing compares to the functionality and reporting you receive from SFDC.
It is a great tool to track and analyze all sales and marketing data. It has plenty of customization and integrations available.
SFDC has a mind of its own, you need to know what you are doing if you are an administrator, however that doesn't mean you can't learn. Currently, not all functionality is available in Lightnighting (we use lightning and I keep being sent back to classic to fix some stuff).

We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms, and previously tried other CRM solutions like HubSpot, but we eventually had to switch to Salesforce
Salesforce should cut down its pricing for customers

It's the best of a terrible product catagory--no such thing as a good CRM, but I would probably switch to hubspot if I had no budget or performance restrictions
It's the leader, been doing it as long as almost anyone--and being the most popular platform means it has a nice ecosystem of support content.
It requires the commnity of support and content that it has created. Too expensive in additional training and contractor costs to keep it an org value--if you have SF it's worth investing to get it fully workable--I would never onboard salesforce brand new at any company.

My company is completely deep into the Salesforce ecosystem so we have to use SFDC. It works well but I much prefer HubSpot CRM. The Lightnining mode is better than the old mode.
Marketo doesn't work as well as I'd like with Salesforce. I wish that once we connected one integration we all could see it. Instead you have to be the user that installed the integration. Its a pain.

We were considering a CRM for our project and gave Salesforce a try. I really hope I won't need to interact with this product again, it's terrible. Went ahead with HubSpot and it's OK so far
Basically, I was betting on the rich functionality, but couldn't even get to it
It's extremely hard to figure out initially They immediately start spam-calling you after you signup, though they don't offer any useful materials, just want to learn more about you and put a value on the lead

Salesforce is the gold standard which is honestly just sad. It isn't an innovative product and I hope Hubspot overtakes their market. With that being said, it is the best in an overly saturated market with too many CRM players/
Lightning UX is more user friendly than the classic version. All of the integrations are priceless and lead to a great workflow for your sales organization.
It is highly dependent on how your sales org sets it up and how they set it up is a make it or break it. You have to put a lot of resources to make it seamless for your sales org.

Absolutely fantastic. I wish it was a little less expensive but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Far superior to the other platforms in the CMS and marketing software industry.
The customer support is fantastic. The capabilities of this software from a marketing and CRM standpoint are the absolute best in class. The only software we have worked with that even gets close is Hubspot but even they cant do everything Salesforce can.
The only negative I can say about this software is that it knows its the best so they charge the most. There are different levels and ad ons that can really begin to rack up costs quickly. However, it is well worth the price. If you're in the market for a software that can solve all your problems do not be afraid to cough up the extra money for sales force and make sure to pay for the marketing side.

We were looking for a CRM to help with our sales process and outbound sales activity. We tried 5 CRMs and Sales Force was one of them. We ended up going with HubSpot since it had the best value and had all the features we needed.
SalesForce is the industry leader and has found the things that clients need and like. It is easy to use with a great interface. This CRM works as advertised and customer support is responsive.
The main issue with this CRM is its price tag. Sales Force is pricey and that outweighs in my opinion its benefits. There are a lot of CRMs to choose from now that function just as well. If you are a small business this CRM is not for you. There are other more affordable options that give you the same functionality.

I like Salesforce and would recommend it to. most CRMs with the exception of HubSpot. HubSpot is ideal if you can get around the cultiness of it.
I like the features best, and the fact that it is industry go to for CRM capabilities.
I do not enjoy the GUI compared to HubSpot, and the resources lack HubSpot's knowledge base.

A flexible tool to manage my accounts and clients in a robust way. I can grow into the software as my company grows as well.
Salesforce lets you do anything. When you're working with a CRM like this, its easy to create a detailed and very real data point about each and every one of your clients. Salesforce allows me to link to my Hubspot account, and it works with a number of other CRM and marketing tools. The flexibility of this tool is virtually limitless. You get what you pay for, and salesforce is well worth it.
This software is TRULY robust, and with this robustness can come a very STEEP learning curve. Sometime I have to work closely with developers to troubleshoot some issues I'm having. I wish it were a little more intuitive and "plug and play". But this doesn't take away enough from the value of this tool, that it makes it not worth getting... get this software.

We tried to use salesforce in our agency but it was far too clunky for a more basic SMB use case. It was as waste of $ and then we cancelled. We're now using the HubSpot CRM very very successfully and recommend checking that option out if you're an SMB.
It's highly customizable but that is also it's downfall for companies that do not have an internal development team.

Overall, I have no qualms with Salesforce. Works great, integrates with pretty much everything, and has set itself apart. Great tool!
Obviously, Salesforce is the behemoth in the industry for a reason. Its functionality is second-to-none. It does it all! If your organization needs a solid CRM, this is the one... If your organization has a specialized need or something cheaper - Hubspot / Pipedrive, (and lots of others) are good to look into.
Honestly - I wasn't a major fan of the UI. But maybe that's just me. Maybe I'm a UI snob, or maybe I have bad taste, cause they're obviously doing something right!

Started off a bit rocky and went with another CRM... that didn't last long. The integration was iffy and portal wasn't user friendly. So, we switched to Salesforce. THE BEST. Works with Hubspot, is user friendly, can be accessed in so many different ways (mobile, desktop, email, etc.) Worth the investment

Not many - it brings me headaches having to work with this software when the sales team uses it and I'm having to integrate with it while I do marketing.
It's very extensive and can do a lot of great things to help people organize their sales organizations. Salesforce, because they are the big giant CRM, will integrate with everyone.
Too complicated, expensive, not easy to use, UI is clunky and looks like it's stuck in the 1990's. Because of this complicated software, it makes it hard to get out of it once you are into the tool. If you want simplify things go with a simpler CRM for much cheaper - like HubSpot.

The overall experience using Hubspot is alright, once you get past the (painful) learning period. It's really comfortable how smooth it is to collaborate with our marketing department, and I think the whole lead generation team in our company is quite happy with the platform. I personally, from the point of view of a salesperson, would prefer a salesforce type of solution over this, but I manage with it.
Email tracking is fluent, the collaboration between our marketing and sales departments work really smoothly on Hubspot.
I find Hubspot lacking a lot of key features for a sales department, the whole structure of contacts and companies is obviously directed to marketing departments instead of sales departments. I'm used to salesforce, and without a doubt would always pick salesforce over Hubspot due to the whole structure of information, accounts, contacts, lead funnels, pipes.. everything regarding the use of the tool strictly from a sales rep's or sales exec's point of view.

This is a strong legacy product offering that should integrate seamlessly into a sales and client management organization at a fair cost.
Easily the best integration about HubSpot as a CRM is its automatic contact creation and email tracking. As a CRM, it gets the job done and does have standard reporting and dashboards available for tracking. As a sales lead tool, it also provides the ability to track deals through the pipeline easily. Overall, it's a strong CRM offering for the price.
Data parsing is not quite as granular as some competitive products, particularly Salesforce, but this isn't problematic unless your organization specifically needs high levels of data breakdowns on sales.
