Ability to provide a fully end-to-end lead, opportunity and Sales Management platform integrated with Case tracking and support for our customers, partners and suppliers. Really eases the management of forecasting and knowing exactly where the business will come from.
All in one feature for Sales and Service are excellent value for money. East to set-up and install/configure. The ability to customise your own Sales process is very good.
Can get confusing when contacting support forums as in Essentials it is called a Help Center, whereas in the other versions of Salesforce it is an Experience (new name for Communities).

The company has dedicated itself to making the user base as comfortable as possible. I have not experienced a more caring orientation group. When I need help, they are there at no extra cost.
I have always been impressed with the Salesforce product suite. My problem was that it was outside of my price range for the size of our operation. Salesforce has introduced a "sub-product" called "Essentials" that allows smaller firms to have the key elements that a smaller business would actually use without the burden of tools needed by larger companies.
There is a lot of Salesforce "in speak" that you have to get used to. Terminology that may not be in your normal vernacular, but which you must learn, much like visiting a new country for the first time. You get used to it pretty fast.

It has Salesforce Essentials for small businesses and is very easy to use and configure. It has integration out there, works on all platforms. It has several possibilities for analyzing and monitoring sales and trends. The option of customizable fields is excellent and the control of processes and document storage adds a lot of value to the sales operation.
I haven't noticed any downsides yet, I really thought it was excellent.

Salesforce designed to help us to sell, market & connect to our customer in direct way, its completely cloud based platform. you can monitor your v=business or real time activity from anywhere & any devices. we dont worry about our data its very secured on cloud.with the help of Salesforce we can manage all business data from one location from different devices. thats why i put it title of review-...
actually its very easy to use but who first time use this software, he will definitely confused. according to me need to improve in support.

I like that it is intuitive and easy to use. It didn't require a long tedious training to be able to onboard.
Some of the customization we've done seems redundant and many fields. I wish it were just the bare essentials and cleaner.

My pipeline has stayed clean and organized and allowed me to go after new opportunities with ease. Salesforce has also allowed me to look into account history and use past information to my advantage to better understand potential deals.
Salesforce has simplified my job immensely. I can track my leads and opportunities in my pipeline with ease. Each account, contact, lead, etc. has many fields to keep them detailed and clean, and allow you to easily filter searches by specific criteria.
I haven't run into a 'salesforce problem' rather problems due to a user manipulating Salesforce. Often users make duplicate accounts and it creates a messy Salesforce, but I have no problem using Salesforce features to fix user made issues.

Salesforce is the CRM in the market. Everyone has an integration with Salesforce and Salesforce works great for large enterprise teams.
Not a great UX and does not allow you to enable/disable features you need. Lots of bloat in the UI.

Salesforce has unlimited features. You can tailor Salesforce to your organization. Salesforce can communicate with many systems to utilize all features.
The problem with Salesforce is the numerous buttons and links which can feel overwhelming at times.

I'm extremely delighted by using sales force in my organisation, It contains many useful tools and features which helps in boosting overall sales and reducing the time productivity.
Salesforce increases the productivity of the marketing firms. It helps in providing better customer support to the individuals. The campaigns can be created to boost the sales and generate quality leads.
The price of Unlimited subscription of software is very high when compared with Lightning essentials as it covers all the features in it.

easy to implement and use software with both desktop and mobile versions that have a great ecosystem built around it - single data source for prospecting to customer acquisition and also post sales service support
it would be good if salesforce could clearly offer differences between the salesforce version and teh salesforce lightning version - this is not so obvious at this point in time

Salesforce is definitely an indispensable tool.
Salesforce is a great tool to use. Easy to update and keep on top of previous team member's activity, as well as communicate with others.
The new salesforce inbox tool is honestly awful. Other than that, the regular salesforce tool is great.

We were able to incorporate Salesforce into our customer acquisition and onboarding processes, account management processes and help desk processes. We were able to automate business processes across all of these departments to ensure standards were met.
Salesforce came with basic functionalities that could be customized to fit nearly any business process. By codifying business processes we were able to standardize our processes, ensure compliance and easily bring on new employees.
Salesforce is an extremely robust system with flexibility but you pay for it. Salesforce is not cheap.

We've had great experiences with Salesforce and third-party Salesforce contractors.
Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud are essentially the future of our business, allowing us to maintain customer records in an efficient manner and share customer attributes through various online properties.
Learning curve. Salesforce can do anything you want it to, it's just a matter of figuring out your business case and finding a Salesforce developer/admin that can implement it.

Ability to check on deals, track progress of accounts, etc. A superior product that integrates with othe apps simultaneously
Like how it integrates with other applications like Clari and Outreach, and the new salesforce lightning is pretty good o ce you get used to it. There is a little bit of a learning curve
The learning curve when changing and transitioning from the old salesforce classic to the newer salesforce lightning

We are a SaaS company and as such, we have a continual stream of Leads, Contacts, and Accounts that are constantly coming and going through our pipeline. Salesforce gives us the flexibility to keep track of all of these users and groups and make sure they aren't falling by the wayside. The customizability of Salesforce allows us to create the records and page layouts, as well as set the correct security that we need to improve and maintain our data integrity.
We recently switched from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce and we have loved the overall improvement in application design, flow, structure, support, and customizability. Salesforce is the clear industry standard and only continues to get better as the years pass.
The customizability of Salesforce leads to the need for a true Salesforce Administrator and possibly a Salesforce Developer. Salesforce can be easy to use, after it's been setup and customized, but on the whole it is not the easiest software to pickup and run with.

I recommend Salesforce and Salesforce Mobile as a CRM for small to medium companies.
I like having this CRM Software as a Mobile app because I am on the road meeting investors, owners, vendors and tenants 75% of the time. It has most of the capabilities of the desktop software at your fingertips but limited in filtering and other features.
Not as much information on a screen as a pc. Great for on the go software to get info and add notes as I am on the road most of the time and without a wifi connection.

Salesforce is a great tool for our Recruiting department, keeps track of all of their leads.
New UI is updated and easy to use, the reporting functionality is much easier to navigate then Salesforce Classic.
Salesforce Lightning doesn't have all the features Salesforce Classic has so there are still a few limitations with Lightning.

Salesforce was much better for tracking quotes and sales that it was in other industries I’ve seen it in.
I liked the ability to clearly see who was in charge of each customers sale and where they were in the sales process.
I feel like salesforce has so many features and functionalities that they should have perfected before offering custom products.

looking for data integration. Also see how salesforce cloud works. Need to know about the integration with salesforce cloud. How to use any trip planning. Can we have all these in one place. So far I found separate software for all these. Good to have a place where I can tell my requirements and come to know the one solution.
