Too complicated and too many options to sift through when customizing event types, booking pages, etc. AND, was surprised to discover that to switch from a paid plan back down to their free Basic plan, you have to wipe your account and start fresh.

While the integration with Pardot is not native, ScheduleOnce was incredibly easy to configure with Zapier.

The only thing I don't like ScheduleOnce is that the user interface isn't very intuitive.   Once you figure it out, it's not so bad but I think it could definitely be sleeker and more user-friendly.
