The costs for a lot of the services/features is not worth it unless your website is seeing ~10K sessions/month, so as a small business that only gets ~3K sessions/month and ~50 orders per month, the cost for the additional services aren't worth it quite yet.

It also helps us to market our business and build trust across our community.

There's only so much I can do with the base tier, but the customer service is top tier even with them fully knowing I am using the base plan. If there was a way to use the additional services at a lower cost based on website traffic volume, I would enjoy Okendo even more.

I understand that it acts as an intro tier, but the fact that in order to sync reviews with my Klaviyo flows has a significant jump in price makes it not worth it at my company's early stage.
